Kept our stack intact while expanding access across teams and tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we didn’t have to rip and replace anything. Kyvos sits on top of our existing systems and just works. It supports all our BI tools and performance stayed consistent even as more users came on board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is solid. Only one time I had to connect with their support team at my initial phase and after that I never had any interaction with them for their services related issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to serve analytics across multiple teams and tools without duplicating logic or moving data around. Kyvos gave us a single model that works across departments. It’s made data governance easier too, since all the calculations and access rules sit in one place.

Took a little time to connect everything the first time. While Kyvos offers many benefits, the setup and learning curve could use some improvement.

I like the fact that we can bring in thousands of fields and still use the same model across reports. Makes things less scattered.

Setting up detailed models took some trial and error, but it’s been steady since.

I found no issues till now. Overall experience is good with Kyvos and it's support team; who responds actively.

What do you like best about the product?
I don’t have to double-check which team’s report is accurate. It’s all aligned, so there’s no confusion with the tool and it's features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took some extra time to learn how to use everything effectively. Later, The features are all easy to understand and all starts to make sense
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Kyvos, different teams would pull the same metric and somehow end up with different results. Now, the logic behind every metric is consistent, no matter who pulls the report or what tool they use. Makes our meetings more about decisions, not defending data.

I can finally pull years of data into one place without worrying about things slowing down.

Setting it up with our older systems took a little longer than expected, but it was a one-time thing.

Earlier, I couldn’t work with older data. Now I can work with five or six years of data at once and it still performs the same.

What I like most is that people can dig into data without my team having to worry about how much it’s going to cost.

The early setup wasn’t totally plug-and-play, but their team worked closely with ours and got it sorted quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to tell teams to hold back sometimes, just to stay on budget. Kyvos helped us use our data more freely and we finally have control over how much we spend to do that.

Connecting everything took some time, but their team was there to help us with every step.

I don’t have to second-guess what’s missing in my reports anymore. I can go as deep as I need.

Nothing so far. Few advanced options can be a bit tricky at initially. Later on, Setting it up took some efforts, but once we understood how it works, it became familiar to use and adapts it functionality.

I had to pick and choose what data to include just to keep things working. Now I can look at everything — no filters, no shortcuts — and still keep the speed. It helps me build reports that actually reflect the full picture, not just the easy parts.

Kyvos helps us keep cloud costs under budget. No matter how many users are sending queries at the same time, the cost doesn't increase.

Some advanced options can be a bit confusing at first. Setting it up took some effort, but once we understood how it works, it became easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our cloud charges used to spike unexpectedly because queries were complicated, or a lot of people were using BI tools. Kyvos helped cut down those surprise costs without slowing down.
