What do you like best about the product?
I recently had the pleasure of working with the support team, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I reached out, the team was prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful.
They quickly understood the issue I was facing and provided clear, concise instructions that resolved the problem in no time. What stood out the most was their patience and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the solution. They made the entire process stress-free and efficient.

The reviews and the cost savings plan also I am able to see the cost of all my accounts in a single portal whicjh makes it even easier

The Suggestions are sometimes more generalized not specific to what we have in our application

Their biiling dashboards are updating quicker from the last time.

Wish the dashboards were live data instead of the delay right now

1. Mainly it is combating cost and having transperancy on how much and where we are spending. ( since we have multiple aws accounts for different environments, it is tedious to track )

Decent Product, Great Service and Customer Satisfaction
What do you like best about the product?
The experience has been great, onboarding was very smooth. The architecture review was very comperhensive and helped us identify cost saving opportunities and enhancing security posture. The Customer support is great and very responsive. They are available via calls, emails, and chats (almost all possible channels) and work with us with full transparency. The Cost management portal is decent and offers almost all features in AWS cost explorer. The best part is it comes with ZERO cost and a great add on to your cloud stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the Cloudkeeper tool is decent and does what it needs to do but can be improved on visualisations and customisations. For instance, The option to create custom reports and send them frequently via emails would great.

Engineer are calm and good wile solving the issues and understan the issues properly then work on it

When a ticket is raised for production issues (only), we are expecting to have AWS Engineer to involve immediately to avoid downtime

CloudKeeper Support always just a mail away for any issue/concerns related to AWS regardless of billing or Technical.

Alerting in CloudKeeper Lens WebUI still need some work to be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudKeeper works for us as it's givng us 360Degree view of our Cloud Spend. Like the recommendation, which help us with possible saving. In startup this small cost of AWS services need to be monitor to avoid Cloud sprawl.
