A must have product for content creators and Educators.
What do you like best about the product?
Gumlet provides all essential features for all content creators and Educators.
Its streaming speed is very fast and bufferfree along with standout feature of automatic optimization for adaptive streaming.
To prevent unauthorized downloading or sharing of our edu contents, Gumlet also includes DRM (digital rights management) to protect our intellectual property.
Gumlet has ability to significantly enhance our teaching methods with its direct playback, seamless embedding options, adaptive streaming capabilities, and DRM features.

As an experienced user of Gumlet, I have found the platform to be exceptionally reliable and efficient, without encountering any performance-related issues.

Gumlet is a user-friendly, feature-rich platform that caters to the unique requirements of educators and content creators. The recent addition of the 'CNAME' feature further enhances the platform's capabilities, allowing for custom domain mapping and branding, which is a valuable asset for all content creators and Educators.
A Reliable & Robust Video Hosting Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Gumlet has proven to be a reliable and robust video hosting platform that confidently accomplishes what it promises and sometimes even more. I think the primary strength lies in its secure storage and publishing capabilities for videos, offering a solution ideal for users who require uncompromised security for their content.
What do you dislike about the product?
UX can be more descriptive, i would like to say because some of the features is quite hard to understand. As for someone that didn't really know a lot of video hosting terms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have Online courses and have many people stole on our content. That push us to have a video hosting provider.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredible features and a price to match. Vimeo-killer.

I wish the closed beta for streaming was opened and that it rolls out soon.

Finding a reliable place to store video at an affordable price. I feel that offers most of the features of Vimeo for a far better price.
A fast, customisable video hosting option.
What do you like best about the product?
The speed of loading videos is a strength of Gumlet. The customisation options are also strong and you can change icons to brand colours, add logos and chapters as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve for beginners with limited guides and how-to's available. The auto-subtitles is an interesting feature but didn't work particularly well when I tried it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to use gumlet instead of other free video hosting options like youtube has made our videos look more professional.
Seems like a hidden gem
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of features I liked and security is among them. Other than that, the ability to create channels. its analytics and most importantly the speed for uploading videos. The video CMS concept is great for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took some time to get used to the philosophy of the tool. The platform is good, the UI is not bad but it took me a few hours to understand the placement of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool is ideal for me because I want to secure my videos and have a sustainable solution for that. I have tried other similar tools but they were clunky and full of bugs.

the gumlet user interface is so simple and easy to use and their support team is amazing. they respond quickly and provide detailed responses. they also are available at nearly all times

they need to integrate with more providers but this will come with more time and patience. its the old priority game every product out there has to play. keep it up team

i want a solid provider without the crazy costs that others try and sting you with. i also want something that is easy to use and that is super reliable for our audience.
THE Vimeo alternative
What do you like best about the product?
If you need an alternative to Vimeo then Gumlet is the solution.
It has all the features you need, and it works very well. If you want to make a membership site, have private videos per domain, and good user experience at a reasonable price I recommend it. Plus the support is fast and efficient.

It is a growing product and has room for improvement. It may be that very specific features are missing or are still on the roadmap.
We have to give them time, although for me they can replace Vimeo perfectly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me what it specifically solves is to be able to have private and domain protected videos. So you can have a private academy or membership site with the videos embedded inside and even if they take the URL of the video they can't play it anywhere.

While my overall experience with Gumlet Video has been positive, I do find myself wishing that 4K video optimization was included in my current plan. It's a feature that would certainly enhance the tool's value for me and provide even greater flexibility in managing my video content. Nonetheless, even without 4K optimization, Gumlet continues to deliver on its promise of efficient video compression and seamless streaming.
