video and sound play not working properly with all my users. need help

i would be happy if really works well sound play is not working with all users and sometimes video is not playing with users

still not able to use Gumlet. many users are complaining that they are not able to play video or sound is not coming. not happy customer

What do you like best about the product?
Gumlet is a great video hosting platform with a robust feature set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some of the features don't operate according to expectation. Or they may not be directly intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
Gumlet is great for having premium video hosting like YouTube, but without ads or video suggestions at the end of the video.
For me, it was important to have chapters, subtitles, and CTA for a modern premium look and feel, but also to have some DRM protection to avoid having my videos reuploaded somewhere else. With Gumlet I have it all.

It would be great to have some more options to customize the video player's look and feel to match my corporate design. (Rounded vs edgy play button etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
Gumlet provide best video protection for your Educational video. I am course creator and i want to protect my video. It has been best feature to protect your video. Gumlet also provide customized branding options in video player. So you can get all your video with branding and grow your business. The best part of the software is DRM protection and it will be very useful for content creators
What do you dislike about the product?
The bandwidth limition they provide on monthly basis. Because if i have uploded the 25+ video. My video size is goes 3+ GB. When my studets start the wathcing the course entire monthly bandwidth will be end witihn 10 to 15 days. This things will be improvised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving Your premium video content protectiong from those people. Who will download your premium content and sell with other user who do not have access course. Sharing our resource with free user.

To be fair coming from Vimeo, the pricing. Without loosing much on features.
Also having actual representatives that can lead you through hurdles and questions is very rare for these type of tools, so major props to the "support" team for being a there and being understanding!

Coming from Vimeo that is video based instead of minutes for Gumlet.

Problem: a to expensive Vimeo subscription for a small business that likes to deliver enterprise quality.

What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, there are hardly any affordable and above all as intuitive solutions in the field of video hosting as Gumlet. I have been looking for a solution for a long time and am more than satisfied with Gumlet. The videos load at lightning speed - so fast that you wouldn't believe that anything is loading. The backend is extremely simple and best of all! DRM is super easy to set up and, above all, you have fast and friendly support if you have any questions. I organize online conferences and was always worried about unauthorized downloads, which is now a thing of the past.
The pricing structure is very fair when compared to the global players.
Here are my biggest plus points:
- CDN is included
- Very intuitive backend
- With channels (DRM ready) you can give certain users private access
- Buttons can be integrated directly into the video
- Ultra fast loading videos
- Digital Right Management (DRM) !!!!

Gumlet sorgt einfach dafür, dass alle Videos, die auf verschiedenen Landingpages, Webinaren, Onlinekursen und Onlinekonferenzen zentral gehostet werden können.
Dadurch wird alles einfach und übersichtlicher. Vor allem ist man nicht mehr darauf angewiesen, welche Videoplayer ein anderes Tool bietet, denn dabei fehlt meistens sowieso etwas, was Gumlet widerrum bietet.
Zudem kann man seinem Markendesign immer treu bleiben, da die Videoplayer angepasst werden können.
Dadurch wird alles einfach und übersichtlicher. Vor allem ist man nicht mehr darauf angewiesen, welche Videoplayer ein anderes Tool bietet, denn dabei fehlt meistens sowieso etwas, was Gumlet widerrum bietet.

What do you like best about the product?
I deviced to buy Gumlet video beacause i have seen many established companies use it for image hosting. My requirement was to setup VIdeo Hosting for LMS system. Appsumo plan provided great cost benefit while achiving this goal. Dashboard is clean and neat. Documentation is avaialble for each and every topic. Video protection features like watermark are essential these days to protect videos. Domain based protection for embedding is another good thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regular pricing for Gumlet is very high and there is no support of DRM protection in lower variant subscriptions. This is big disappointment and forces customer to buy higher priced version. But many content creaters need to protect small amount of videos with DRM, so it is not suitable for this use case.

Gumlet help us solve piracy issue for educational videos and generate higher revenue.

Two words: FAST and EASY! What else could you want?
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to embed videos almost anywhere and have them load instantaneously. It's great for VSLs and intro videos on your home pages or other landing page, especially if you're going to send ad traffic since speed is an important factor for conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked some free custom domains included and maybe a little bit more storage, but it's pretty fair-priced to add custom domains. Storage is also fairly inexpensive if I need more - so far I've barely used what's included. Overall fantastic tool and true Vimeo competitor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A reliable, fast way of hosting all of my videos. For me, speed and reliability are crucial as I need to make sure to leave a good first impression for clients and I also don't want to chase broken links. Furthermore, client videos should be delivered with the same care.
