Mimecast is great for archive
What do you like best about the product?
Mimecast archives all emails and helps maintain security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to find emails in search. Mimecast occasionally will "hold" legitimate emails.

Helps keep our email safe and archived.

What do you like best about the product?
With the increase in malicious email attacks, mimecase email security security plays vital role and protects against spam, phishing, social engineering, and most importantly protection against QR code attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It goes par with their competitors but on terms of cost and packages it is bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mimecast Advanced Email Security can provide protection against sophisticated email attacks such as Phishing, Spam, and Malware. It also protects agains AiTM (Adversary in the middle) such as QR codes which saw a rise in the trends recently.

can not hold the spam mail in qurantine.

Mimecast is easy to plug into Office 365 for email archiving. Mimecaster Central is a good educational source for using the service

Mimecast have slipped behind the curve on phishing detection

Over all experience with the mimecase email security its very much suitable for all type organization types and size. It do provides the verious feature like defence mechanisims, risk behavior activity, and great UI based reports which helps admins to address the issue. its easy to integare with cloud email solutions

It is Easy to use, ui is very user friendly.

Mostly its all good as far as administration task is concern. Not seen much to highlight for an improvement.

Many times it blocks the emails from genuine senders.
Due to which an Administrator get more requests regarding emails not being received so it becomes the manual work to search the email from logs verify it and release it from Quarantine

Despite of blocking legitimate emails it also blocks the spam emails.
Also works for both incoming and outgoing emails. Scan for email attachments, rewriting URLs.
