Good BPM with amazing features
What do you like best about the product?
I found it easy to use means it is user friendly. Integration and implementation also looks easy using this. I would say not best but obviously good for analysis, mining and automation. Customer support is also decent.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Licence is costly specially for small organisation.
2. Lacks flexibility , becomes tough to switch to other BPM due to vendor lock-in.
3. Less customizations option as compared to other BPM.

It has improved efficiency , minimized cost and increased productivity.

1. Excellent UI

What do you dislike about the product?
Along with some good features it has some cons also like it becomes complex for users who are new. Also, cutomization is not as much as other BPM availabe in the market.

Its powerful analysis tools helped improving business outcomes and efficiency.

I would say it's a single stop answer for process mining. It has attractive UI. It is easy to use,integrate and implement. It has some outstanding features business proces modeling and simulation along with analysis.

It is bit costly but seeing its features and customer support it is completely fine.

It has proved very helpful and useful in process mining , process automation and business analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly,It can be integrated different processes in one step. using it from few Months, It is easy to use and gives us best optimised result in minimum turn around time. Easy to implement

Overall experience with this software was good but it can be little costly for whose organizations who have limited number of budget, rest it is great I will suggest to go for this.

It's automation process is really amazing, It is time saving and gives best result. major benefir was spreading of information.

it is very helpfull and easy to use. i have been using this since 2022 and i think its best tool for business process management. in AG ARIS i identityfied whereever improvement need to be done and suggest to user .this tool is also easy to integrate and implement and its provide customer support also.

so far AG ARIS meet all the standard without presenting any problem.

What do you like best about the product?
It has many features like business process modeling, simulation and analysis. It can be used easily by anyone. It's support services are great. I use this software on daily basis and I am using this because it is easy to integrate

This can be little expensive for small size organisations that have limited budget but I don't think this is a cons of this software

I have been using this software since 2012 and I think it is an ideal platform to establish connections betwen different systems, all its configurations and tools allow the user to obtain better and more efficient results, since it allows any user to model and analyze processes without the need for superior knowledge.

In general I think it is a great software that can add many more functions that allow its user to customize all the content of their activities.
