Efficiently Uncovering Insights: My ARIS Process Mining Journey
What do you like best about the product?
What we liked about the product is that it allowed us to monitor our processes based on data instead of feelings.This has changed our relationship with warehouse teams, since we can now provide real data and not just discuss it, but also wait for answers and actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It offers a lot of insights, but it takes some time to set up but once you're done, it gives you a good idea of how it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides valuable insights into an organization's workflows, enabling me to identify bottlenecks, compliance issues, and areas where I can improve productivity.
Best tool for process mining
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user frendly, you don't have to roam accross mutliple things you will get what you want at your place. easy to use. best part is it is smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing like dislkie but only thing is when you have heavy data so it takes some time to finish the merge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It basically give us the insight at the glance about our process from its GUI.

What do you like best about the product?
My best usage has been in terms of creating the visualisations behind process flows. Being able to create as is process executions and creating to-be process design, to visualise has been ultra helpful and created such an ease. The tools provided are a level above what I have previously had access to. We now uridine this methodology in our conformance checking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Access is a little long I believe. It's a little long however I do understand.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about this new version of ARIS Process Mining is the evolution towards a friendly web interface, different from what existed in other products such as ARIS PPM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it has been improved from other versions, the configuration of the clients and the data continues to have some complexity. Anything that makes this work easier will greatly improve the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said in the previous post. The new web interface provides the user and analyst with greater clarity and accessibility when it comes to displaying and accessing data.

although I used more than 3 tools over my experience this is the best tool in the market Nothing much negative about ARIS Process Mining AG keep updating there products as needed by the market

Improving process, this happened after analyzing our business process through process mining, we identified the bottlenecks then optimizing the process that reflects in business operations and profitability

punctual monitoring of corporate processes, risks and controls in a single repository

What do you like best about the product?
Closeing loops from process definition to the real doing. Finding out untested processes and understand what the employees are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing elementary functions depending on the licence type. Process mining without mapping makes no sense. Also to work with only one process is very weak. Too less standard transformations are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transformation of manuell processes to digitaliaze business processes by using SAP and Sales Force. Understand which data generate an event for following activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Very useful for understanding what you actually do and being able to compare it with what you think is being done. It allows for a diagnosis of the main issues in your process and enables you to anticipate how it will be in case of changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
"It is difficult to understand the case studies without a business expert. It could be something more intuitive."
