What do you like best about the product?
Its the best security solution. Has helped us in managing external as well as internal threats efficiently. It can also be used to manage multiple members at a time. Also offers data points with necessary details which can lead in beneficial in informed decision making. In addition the price is also plays a very major as its good and suitable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team hasn't found any flaws till now. But dashboard sometimes presents more data points than needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
URL analyzed has been a excellent as it helped us in indicating attacks and tracking the IP addresses. The Vendor risk security assessment, making the threat more identifiable.
