"Creating a powerful and secure gateway simple with Zuplo"
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up an API gateway with any number of features ( including rate limits and different authentication methods) is really uncomplicated with Zuplo. Additionally, it's very easy to test the gateway before fulfilling it to the edge courtesy to their local development tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an excellent product with very little limitations. Everything is ready to use right out of the box; the only thing lacking was a local development environment, but even that has, I believe, been supplied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zuplo enables it simple to construct powerful, completely operational processes that will be properly dealt with in a highly intuitive way, while also tackling the challenges associated with linking different systems. The outcome is really amazing.
Great product and even better customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I am a huge fan of things on the edge close to my users. Zuplo gives me just that and I don't have to spend time implementing basic things like auth key, rate limiting, filtering, etc.
Getting support from the Zuplo team has been great. Even before becoming a customer, they were always ready to help.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be made a bit more friendly for people who aren't too familiar with API Gateways
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zuplo helps me create a fast API gateway and an auth key self service for my customers
Great DX! I cant wait to really dive deep into the platform and see what it can do!
What do you like best about the product?
The User Experience is great, and the platform is very intuitiver to use & naviagte around in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Havent found anything yet, but I'll get back to you if I do.

designing our backend API, and managing our users
The best and most versatile API Gateway out there
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a fast time-to-live solution which implemented API key management and monetization. The support team was flawless via Discord, Email (and even got replies from the Co-founders themselves). They integrate with GitHub very well and you can deploy with a repository they create for you, which aids in the deployment process. I've been using it easily for several months now and can say that it is worth it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Zuplo used to have a limit in their pricing plan for the number of API keys that can be assigned per user. However, this is no longer a negative as they have removed this limit! I am very happy with the result and have no remaining dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can create API keys seamlessly and track if they ever get leaked on the web. We can assign metadata and multiple users towards 1 API key. This helped streamline the creation of our Zapier integration and we are very happy with the result.
POWERING APIS FROM STARTUPS TO ENTERPRISES
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is Zuplo Protect your API by adding rate-limiting with in minutes, and add over 50 available plugins like authentication to your API with a single click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything thing is ok but over a time period provide more features for stand out from others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing different workloads in different clouds, while enforcing a unified set of API policies and automatically generates beautiful docs for your API. You can customize the docs with markdown and devs can self-serve API Keys directly from your docs.
best tool for api management for our development business
What do you like best about the product?
The integration process is seamless, and you can make changes as fast as you can commit to git. This is a massive time-saver and makes the workflow extremely developer-friendly. The fully-managed aspect means I don’t have to worry about the underlying infrastructure, which lets me focus more on building and less on maintaining.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zuplo is fantastic overall, the documentation could be more comprehensive. As a developer, I rely heavily on clear and detailed documentation to understand all the features and capabilities. Currently, some areas are a bit sparse, which means I sometimes have to spend additional time experimenting or seeking support to figure things out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zuplo has significantly streamlined our API management process. Before using it, we struggled with maintaining and scaling our API infrastructure, which was both time-consuming and complex. With Zuplo, we’ve been able to implement robust rate-limiting and authentication protocols effortlessly. This not only enhances our API security and performance but also allows our developers to focus on creating new features and improving our product rather than getting bogged down by infrastructure concerns.
Zuplo - Helping to Modernize Backend Solutions for Startups
What do you like best about the product?
Zuplo greatly improves our ability to prototype API contracts. It's also a wonderful tool for generating documentation, thanks to which we can expand and build on faster. Our API deployment is simplified with GitOps. If you need to spin up new environments, it is extremely easy and fast to do with Zuplo. All of the key features and built-in tools that Zuplo provides for our startup improves our agility and helps us iterate and deliver on a bigger and much faster scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the pricing structure is reasonable and has great value, however with increase of usage the cost does go up and accumulate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the problems we faced as a rather small startup was figuring out backend infrustructure and APIs, along with comprehensive documentation and ability to deploy quickly. Some features, like authentication and caching took a long time and great effort to implement with a small team. Having Zuplo streamlined and accelerated this whole process. It has a very easy to use and intuitive UI, and we found no problem onboarding. Now we can resolve these and many more issues faster and implement scalable backend solutions, saving us time so we can focus on other objectives and company goals.
Fast, Developer Friendly, Ultra Supportive API Partners
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily Zuplo fits into a development cycle. There are included dev environments for each user and branch. They use Typescript functions as Policies (steps) in the request flow. They integrate directly with Github/VCS and facilitate PRs.
The natural "programmable" nature of it makes it easy to integrate Zuplo into any dev team and partner with developers to own it rather than have operations people do it. There are plenty of clean integrations that keep the same exepierience.
Finally, the onboarding and ongoing support we receive is phenomenal. Nate, Josh and team are responsive, thoughtful and energetic about fixing issues and making new features.
We Implemented a new product in about a month and migrated an existing product in about 2 weeks.

What do you dislike about the product?
We had some bumps in the road with bugs early on and a couple of small outages. But these were resolved quickly and within SLA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zuplo is helping us deliver an API to market faster with less to maintain. It's let us get products delivered during a company rebrand in half the time so we could spend more time testing our ideas and putting them in front of customers instead of maintaining proxy infrastructure. We don't want to own code managing rate limiting, authentication, metering, dev portal, etc. We just wanted our developers making and improving product features. This helped us get to market responsibly and quickly.
Excellent Feature Set + Extensive Functionality + Constant Updates and Improvements!
What do you like best about the product?
I like their dev centric approach and overall UI/UX. Their dedication to constantly improving the product is also a huge plus!
The feature set is extensive and none of the promised features are vaporware. The founder is very much involved in making the product better and listening to feedback (read: good customer support)
Going from zero to POC took little effort and the documentation is pretty good.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lambda integration could be further streamline + the platform could benefit from some more granular permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They offer API management, throttling, gateway, etc. all in one place at a very reasonable price. It is easy to intergrate version control and involve other team members. Plus, there is lambda integration, fairly granular permissions, and auto api documentation.
Better than Azure Api Management
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is a lot better than other solutions I have tried.
Their support is really good and will respond and fix issues within 1-2 days.
Feature rich you can do what you want with it even use it for some serverless tasks.
