Best Reward and Incentive method
What do you like best about the product?
The most liked feature of the this is we have a large number of option to redeem the gift vouchers. It is easy for both to issue the vouchers and redeem the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is that on Amazon it is applicable only for shopping and not for other payments. Also when we encash vouchers on phonepe, there is some deduction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problems of issuing vouchers to multiple employees at the same time. With this it can be done in short time.

My Great Experience with Xoxoday.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Xoxoday is that it is very easy to use, and the website's UI is also user-friendly. I would also like to add that the additional features available on Xoxoday are good as well. The whole process is very simple and clear—just click on 'Redeem,' choose the brand, fill in the OTP, and boom, it’s done. The ease of integration with other platforms was impressive, making it seamless to incorporate into our existing systems. Plus, I find myself using it frequently because of its straightforward interface and the smooth experience it provides. Implementation was a breeze too, with minimal effort needed to get everything up and running. I have already recommended Xoxoday to a few of my friends and family members.

The only issue I faced was when I was redeeming one of my vouchers; the 24-hour window got stuck, and I was a bit worried. However, I emailed Xoxoday customer support and received a response within four hours. They asked me for some additional information, and later, I received an email confirming that the issue had been resolved. Everything went smoothly after that.

Plenty of gift options to redeem and the customer service team is extremely approachable and direct in resolving the queries. It's great that the gift cards are generated in minutes. The UI is simple and it's easy to navigate through the portal.

There instant reply to problem and solving time. Even after moving the issue to different team, they kept enquiring if the problem is resolved.

the issue was of voucher getting cancelled due to technical error. Xoxoday supported and reamained throghout the process till the issue was solved.
Best platform with many offers to choose from and excellent customer support so far.
What do you like best about the product?
There are many offers from almost all partner website which I use the most like flipkart, amazon, and myntra. I have used the Flipkart coupon and its fairly easy with simple UI. Since I had some issues later on xoxoday customer support was wonderful and one of the best customer support among any websites I have been to. The response was immediately with clear action item and timely reminder.

Maybe they can include more partners sided to widen the base.

Companies usually offer coupons or giftcard these days and xoxoday bridges the gap to provide clean interface without any hassle. Great customer support is must for any website which xoxoday gets 💯.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is convenient when it comes to disturbuting vouchers to employees for multiple situations like birthdays, farewells and as rewards. Customer support is also quick to respond to any issues and using the tool does not take time to get used to and is easy to implement in the organization.

Some vouchers take time to process and arrive and in some cases need to be escalated to customer support.
