Appreciation for Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Xoxoday stands out for innovative approach. You can get all the things in one place, it has a diverse range of offerings from gift vouchers to wellness solutions. And if we talk about the implementation part they have implemented it very well, the UI is pretty easy to use and you can just redeem your rewards or vouuchers just by following few simple steps. And on the other hand the custmer support they provide is commendable as you can reach out to them and they will follow up with you until your issue is not resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot redeem your xoxo points in cash.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a user not an admin, but as per my knowledge its an easy solution for rewarding employees for their hard work.

I did a test witch bpi panel in italy. At the moment to take the reward the account is blocket. Xoxoday in 2 working days solved my problem and firstofall asked mynif everthing was ok. Excellent customer service

Xoxoday Plum and its variety of Gift Options
What do you like best about the product?
After logging into Xoxoday Plum site the variety of Gift Options are enormous. There is so much choice that you are overwhelmed. The Gift Options belong to various categories that can fulfill anyones needs. Besides that variety of Gift Options, the turnaround time is also very fast. For most of the Gift Options, the turnaround time is instantaneous.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I have never had the reason to dislike Xoxoday Plum.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have any problems. I take part in surveys catered by Ipsosisay and after completing a certain number of reward points, I redeem the points for Xoxoday Voucher. I then go to the Xoxoday Plum site and choose whatever Gift Option i desire. I mostly choost Amazon Shoping Voucher. Only 1-2 times I have had a dufficulty is claiming the Xoxoday Plum Voucher. But the Suport staff have always been very suportive and helpful in solving my query.
Super Easy to Contact and Communicate
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use and get in contact with help when needed. Not hard to use it frequently when needed, with a solid amount of features too.
I think everything was implemented well, aside from when the servers went down, which seemed to be out of their control. Works well on both mobile and desktop too since the integration is simple.

I don't have any issues aside from the server thingy that prompted me to contact them.

They were able to resolve their connection issues in a reltively timely manner, which allowed me to continue using their products as a result.

What do you like best about the product?
i faced problems during the redemption of my gift card, but it was fixed in the same day, was so easy to reach them, support was very helpful, the communication was very clear and i already have my gift card. I tought this will take more than one day, but it is not,im happy with the solution and the support.

i would like to avoid to contact to support to redeem my gift card,but so far,it was a good experience, not disappointed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yesterday, when i received my gift card i had problems with the link,and it couldnt opened correctly, i had to retry after 6 to 8hr. Today i decided to contact to the support, and in the same day i was able to redeem my gift card to use it.
