Plum is the best product out there for Gifts
What do you like best about the product?
It's effortless to use Plum, which I like the best about it. They have thousands of gift cards, and the pricing is also less than others with the services they are providing. And they don't charge any fees, and I love that.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that previously I was able to select the number of a few products, but now I can only send one quantity. And I also want to use custom denominations for a few products, and I know it's possible cause I have seen it on a few websites, and it would be great if they could provide it here as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Xoxoday Plum to deliver gifts to my customers. And it has helped me a lot. My sales have skyrocketed since I started using their product. But I wanted to use their service with WooCommerce also, which is only possible through Zapier, and I used it. Still, it would be more excellent if they could bring WooCommerce integration through their portal rather than use Zapier. And I also want a few products to be added, but they told me it's the holiday season, and they can't add anything before Jan 2022.

It is a one-stop shop for buying all the dream gifts for loved once, and such a user-friendly platform. just love using it

No Cons as such. it is a good product and using the company too

The huge probelm of sending the gifts voucher to all the employee in the company, and giving them a lot of gifting options under one roof

What do you like best about the product?
We are a completely remote company at Fox Logistics with team members in the US and abroad. To quickly and easily reward our team for one-off accomplishments, anniversaries, or earned rewards is a quick token of appreciation for the hard work they do in support of our organization. On top of that, XoXo provides direct access to a wealth of vendors in numerous countres - precisely what a company like ours needs!

Other than some slight settings issues, not much to dislike at all.

We strive to make sure our remote team feels appreciated. Xoxo allows us to quickly reach each team member and reward them for the hard work and dedication to our organization day in and day out. The clarity which provides in, the way as a user we can navigate the tool, ability to customize, load, reconcile, recall, issue, remind, verify, and the interactive dashboard helps in reporting - overall a well-versed tool with minimum effort and maximum effort - Thanks to Key manager Poornima for introducing and helping throughout

There are certain aspects as yet to be automated likes of loading the card, the dependency on the xoxo team to reduced to zero is the intention - at the moment we are manually adding the points to our account which we should be able to do on our own
