A good product backed by a very supportive team
What do you like best about the product?
The website was simple and easy to maneuver. The whole process of buying vouchers and sending them was easy to understand; it was also backed by a very supportive customer relations team who were available round the clock at any point of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of loading the money through a bank account is a bit tedious, and it can be streamlined better to reflect the amount loaded faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using the platform to push our business by running offers to our customers and providing incentives to our employees. All of this can be done by a single person thanks to the platform provided by you.

I love the content and design of XOXODAY and their support team are very good and helpful and i loved the variety of gift voucher in their cart to use. Good app for voucher.

Nothing to dislike as such. I love Xoxo day from the first day i used it for getting Flipkart gift voucher from my company i used it for my daily use item. It's the best .

Xoxoday Plum i used to get gift voucher from my company for any recommendation and for any good work. It is having good quality of gift voucher for us to use in daily life

We generally have quizzes after our internal sessions. It's always good to reward people as it encourages them to participate in future events. Even the participants feel satisfied and helps them analyze their knowlwdge

the attention so fast that they gave me and so efficient to the problems. In addition, the page is super easy to use, the expiration time of the gift codes is one year and they have everything.

I bought several gift cards and in one of them I did not receive the confirmation of the order in my email, so I was scared. However, later. After contacting the staff, they solved the problem.

For participating in an event they gave me a code redeemable for money in Xoxo plum, I was able to buy what I wanted, it was very easy. I quickly understood why the brand worked with them and it was very easy for me to use the platform. My benefit was to buy what I wanted in other stores, and it was reliable and safe for me.

User friendly and easy to use. A thing that one would love to recommend to his peers. Positive reviews are just icing on the cake. Interface is very interactive

Nothing to dislike about it. It's easy and lovely to use. But sometimes, I won't get enough notifications on my mail. This thing we can improve to make it more accessible

You cant check the validity of your cash vouchers, say for eg. you have two vouchers from different dates, they will be pooled in the same account and its hard to tell which expires when.
