I love how convenient and user-friendly it is to use.

It would be great if we also got the amazon pay gift voucher code as a lot of the rewards sent from xoxo goes to spam and our clients end up having to reach out to us. Unfortunately this happens even after the white listing of the email id.

We run corporate health challenges for major enterprises like HCL, Amazon, Cognizant. We use XOXO as tool to dispatch all cash-based rewards to winners of these challenges on a weekly basis.
It was a great experience, since it was my first time use this plumb, i had few doubts they helped

It was a good review experience. I used the gift card on different platforms as per my requirement. It has a variety of options to choose. Not sure about its competitors.

The gift card amount was not available on the card. I had to log in and check out to know the details. It could have been helpful to know the amount before. You can improve it.

The ease of use and kind of options that you have on Xoxoday is unbeatable. The experience of using the platform is seamless.

Admin view, UI UX can be improved upon. Loading takes longer than usual when you put filter on reports. An option in report which says whether the recipient has opened the reward emailer would be a helpful thing to track open rate.
