The fastest and easiest system to complete an ID-check
What do you like best about the product?
It's really fast, easy to use and operates internationally. They are also very reasonable in price!
What do you dislike about the product?
They're support is a little bit hard to reach and they do not check the right to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's verifying the users on our platform so it helps us from a legal perspective but also towards clients that we verify every person on our platform.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the tool is the constant improvement and innovation. The Veriff team strives to improve the tool, enhance the technology, and stay one step ahead of the cheaters. User-friendly interface, support for dozens of languages, speed of operation. All this makes Veriff an ideal product.

I think there is still room for improvement in all instruments. At this point, the team and I are happy with all aspects of using Veriff.

What do you like best about the product?
Veriff is an excellent fit for companies that need to verify the identity of their customers through a the the biometric solutions. It considerably reduces manual review time and fraud risk. Veriff team is committed and has excellent customer support. Fast Conversion rates and complete process automation. Also, veriff 's dashboard/portal is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flow customization, as well as the interface to make UX more suitable to different use cases, could be improved and be more open to customizing it as well as Spanish translations. Also, the ticketing system should be updated to Confluence or Jira for better incidence tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As lenders, mitigating the risk of fraud and identity theft is crucial for our business; with Veriff, we have been able to identify and stop potential fraudulent activity on the customer onboarding process and KYC. It has also helped us to take the human errors out and save time.

Only start if you are confident that you need the service over a longer period. Jumping around in the marketplace will be a waste for you and Veriff.
General flow is good, though customization would be valuable.
What do you like best about the product?
I like your optimization of general flow, an improvement in reading the documents, and the quality of the photos. I think you are moving in the right way to have a possibility to read data from other documents, like address reading. That will be useful. Removing bugs is also speeded up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be more options for customization, as every customer has their own needs. Options to add different screens or structures of the process, so it would be possible to create the flow that you need for the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have less manual work, as obviously incorrect sign-ups are rejected, and we don't need to deal with them, who presented paper instead of documents, or have other suspicious behavior. That is valuable, less cost on human resources as well.
