What do you like best about the product?
As a user of Veriff's features, I have been able to establish improved strategies and functions to securely and professionally onboard new customers to my business, allowing me to modernize the digital structure of my business processes.
In addition, Veriff offers great customer service, making it easy to understand its features and improving the experience for every user.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say about the performance of Veriff's features, I think it is a professional and reliable system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Veriff has allowed me to establish best practices for digital verification for each of our customers, reducing the risk of fraud and falsification of information and improving our digital experience and that of all our customers.

I have nothing bad to say about the technical benefits of Veriff's digital features, I think it's an extraordinary system for business environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Verifying and reviewing our customers is much more efficient and secure with Veriff's digital features, this system allows us to automate verification processes and maintain high standards of business security.
Veriff is a life saver
What do you like best about the product?
I worked at a fintech company in Lithuania, where part of my role was testing and helping to implement Veriff into our client onboarding process. From a both client and Compliance team standpoint it made a huge difference - it was really easy to use. Before Veriff, onboarding was a bit clunky, people had to send documents via emails to us and wait for us to review and verify them. It was also time consuming for us, checking all the IDs. After implementing Veriff, ID verification became almost instant with a few exceptions, when something was wrong with ID and it needed a manual review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes client IDs had to be reviewed manually due some kind of issues, but that wasn't a big deal and such situations weren't very frequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes a lot of work from compliance employees at the company, they can spend time on doing other important tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simplicity, I initially anticipated that the redesigned navigation might disrupt my usual workflow, I'm pleased to report that it remains very easy to use.
Furthermore, I've been consistently impressed with the Veriff support team's responsiveness and ability to resolve my queries quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Case management, Although I do understand that Veriff is not a case management platform, the only issue i've had is that i'm unable to mark sessions as reviewed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Veriff allows us to effectively screen politically exposed persons as well as possible sanctions matches. Our company primarily uses it for KYC verification purposes. This is highly beneficial to as a regulated company that has a regulatory obligation to fulfil these functions.
