What do you like best about the product?
It helps us verify customers fast and gives clean records we can use for audits. The global document support and built-in checks make onboarding smoother and reduce risk. It also fits well with our compliance workflows and makes KYC review easier for the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Face checks fail sometimes when users have bad lighting or older phones, so we end up doing a few extra manual reviews. Setting up SSO for complex enterprise systems also took more time than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Veriff to run KYC for new accounts and high risk actions. It cuts down fake accounts, speeds up verification, and gives us reliable data for audits and AML work. This saves review time and improves the quality of our compliance checks.

Unfortunately, when deploying Veriff for enterprise, it is not currently possible to use Microsoft Azure ID or ADFS integration for SSO. I believe G-Suite is available.
