Very agile and fast new player in observability field aiming to disrupt the giants
What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix won a in a series of POC's that we had in oder to switch to a modern observability tool that could eventually become one application to go to in cases of incidents as wel las monitoring our system performance.
* UI is friendly, the color scheme is apealing and the location of the fuinctionalities is intuitive
* Continues improvement, very dynamic roadmap and fast resolution of issues
* Embedded use of OSS tools like grafana makes migration easier
* Multiconditional alerts
* Responsive solution architects team, great customer success approach, can-do-everything mindset

What do you dislike about the product?
* Not completly new-age observability tool, still supports metric-logs-traces paradigm, but getting there
* Lacking feature parity with bugger players, but actively gettign there
* Enterp[rise readiness is lacking, the goal of Coralogix is to gain market fast, they cannot compete for enterprise accounts yet with giants like NR or DD

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* One app to go to for developers to monitor their service performance, instead of multiple

* Support of standard implementation of OTel - no need for propriatery clients to get everything

Coralogix is offering a good value for money, and the customer services are great.
What do you like best about the product?
- great CS, support agents that are super helpful and available.
- great approach to optimize the cost vs value.
- Tracing mechanism is really good, easy to get the information you need.

- The dashboard system is not mature enough.

Coralogix is has reach UI with great views, after initial boearding it was easy to add more environments

What do you dislike about the product?
Implementing security features was hard, at the end we decided not to use thes features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monitoring the systems for important thresholds and metrics, provide logs that make it easy to access mainily in support cases.
Fantastic tool to improve performance!
What do you like best about the product?
I like it's intuitive way of showing logs for performance and debugging. Logs are clear enough to make us understand about the issue. It does suggest way to implement to fix specific error.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to dislike. Everyone feature of coralogix have won my heart by the way it creates reportings and help in troubleshooting and improving performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have integrated coralogix in my other application to improve performance. The same tool also been used for issues finding, bug reporting and troubleshooting.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of choosing stored data class (low,med,high) to cater our needs and easily saving cost. Full text search and nice experiences in logging searching. Quick live chat support that can assist us when implementing and daily operation stuff question.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the platform still growing especially in tracing and metrics, it's still fall short especially out of the box common tracing service dashboard ( need to create manually ).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix especially solving our problem in cost of observability and observability needs especially in log analysis.
Coralogix will be the most complete single stop Observability solution in the near future

- Their under 2 mins support is a landmark yet to achieve by any other vendor
- Technical Support we get during any PoC of their product that too free of cost and within realistic timelines
- Customer Success Manager works towards Customer Success in true spirit
- TCO and compression related to data ingestion
- 10% of total unit allotment allowed for data ingestion if total units consumed

- Pricing for Blocked Logs should not be incurred
- Commercials could be improved further without any 3rd party involvement
- Anomaly Detection/Insights can be for some custom duration
- Opentelemetryintegration could be more smooth with better documentation
- The learning curve for Opentelemetry integration can be reduced significantly by having pre-defined configurations
- UI for APM needs to be much more mature with custom duration, pre-defined dashboard deployments , default SLO status and total component-wise latency distribution including async calls.
- Coralogix Extension Integration should have more capabilities with anomaly detection/alerting to be placed by default.
- Commercials could be improved further without any 3rd party involvement

We are using Coralogix for Logs Monitoring , Opentelemetry Integration (Metrics and Traces) to achieve Observability. It has helped us to cover almost 100% of our applications which Opentelemetry supports with better unit economics compared to commercial APM solutions

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly being HIPAA compliant, so this can help my organization collect logs in the US that has PHI data, and store data in a cost effective way than other logging systems.

Flexibleness.. you can change the tool structure any way you want. Easy policy creation and dashboarding.

Small font and does not support many out of box data sources.
