What do you dislike about the product?
There’s little to dislike about Coralogix, as it offers a feature-rich and efficient observability solution. However, new users may need some time to explore its full capabilities due to the platform’s depth. Additionally, while its cost-optimization model is effective, organizations with high data volumes should plan their usage accordingly. That said, Coralogix continuously improves its platform, and its excellent customer support ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it was to get started. The documentation is clear, and integration with my Node.js application went smoothly. The dashboards are user-friendly, and I can easily track logs and traces in one place.
The most helpful part is how everything is centralized. I can search logs, monitor performance, and set alerts without jumping between tools. It saves time and helps me quickly spot and fix issues. Their support was also responsive when I had questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features took a bit of time to understand, especially around custom queries and alerting fully. It would be helpful to have more beginner-friendly examples for those. The UI can initially feel slightly overwhelming if you're new to observability platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we had a legacy setup on AWS ECS with CloudFormation, and a lot of things required manual intervention. With Coralogix and their helpful customer support team, I was able to fully automate the setup using Terraform. Now we can deploy logs, metrics, and traces without any manual steps, which saves a lot of time, reduces human error, and speeds up our development and monitoring processes.
Coralogix has helped us modernize our observability pipeline. We’ve eliminated manual steps in log and trace setup, improved visibility into our services, and made monitoring more reliable and scalable. This has directly contributed to faster debugging, better system reliability, and smoother deployments.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Coralogix for a long time now, and it has been a game-changer for our log management and observability. From day one, the UI is intuitive and easy to navigate, with almost a negligible learning curve. It’s a breath of fresh air for teams looking to get up and running quickly without spending hours on training.

One of the standout features for us is how well Coralogix scales to meet our growing needs. Whether it's a small project or a large-scale system, it has performed seamlessly and continues to support our expanding infrastructure. The platform’s robust set of tools has made it incredibly easy to track logs and monitor systems without any hiccups.

Coralogix also integrates effortlessly with PagerDuty, allowing us to set up alerts for any application and ensuring that we're notified of any issues immediately. This has been invaluable for staying proactive and addressing problems before they escalate.

Another key feature I appreciate is the SQL-like querying structure, which makes the platform super intuitive for our software developers. It allows us to dig deep into logs and get the information we need with minimal effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is good for a large scale organization like ours. it might be a little expensive for small enterprises.
While Coralogix generally performs well, there are occasional delays when querying very large datasets. Depending on the complexity of the logs and queries, this can sometimes lead to slower-than-expected results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps make logs a first class entity for an application and hence is helping developer find/optimize potential issues in the system.

Coralogix: Powerful tool yet cost effective solution for real time analytics and SIEM.

  • March 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Customer onboarding and support experience is really outstanding. Log analytics, real time monitoring, level of customisation with dashboards and alerts are some of the key features. Data security and data compliance are suitable features for a company with stringent regulatory guidelines like us. They use otel for telemetry data which makes it vendor agnostics and movement to different observability tool easy. We also saved 2/3rd cost after migration to Coralogix.
What do you dislike about the product?
APM observability can be improved. Integration with different application stack is not really straight forward since they use otel for collecting the telemetry data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are primarily using Coralogix for SIEM and APM.

What do you like best about the product?
🔥 Cost Optimization

Coralogix’s in-stream analytics reduces storage costs by processing logs before indexing. This helps teams retain critical data while cutting down expenses.
⚡ Real-Time Monitoring

With its low-latency alerts and dashboards, Coralogix enables instant anomaly detection and quick troubleshooting.
🤖 AI-Powered Insights

The platform uses machine learning to automatically group logs, detect patterns, and reduce noise—helping teams focus on what matters.
🔗 Seamless Integrations

It works smoothly with tools like Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana, and Kubernetes, making it easy to adopt into existing workflows.
🚀 Scalability & Security

Whether you’re a startup or a large enterprise, Coralogix scales efficiently while ensuring compliance with industry standards like SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
What do you dislike about the product?
🔧 Steeper Learning Curve

The platform has a lot of features, and new users may find the setup and query language (similar to Elasticsearch) a bit complex at first.
It takes time to fine-tune alerting and log parsing for optimal results.

💰 Pricing Complexity

While Coralogix optimizes costs, understanding its pricing model (based on ingestion, storage, and query frequency) can be tricky compared to flat-rate competitors.
Some users report unexpected costs when log volume spikes.

📊 Limited Native Visualization

Dashboards work well but aren’t as polished as dedicated visualization tools like Grafana or Kibana.
Some advanced metrics and custom visualizations require external tools.

🔄 Retention & Indexing Trade-offs

Since Coralogix processes logs before indexing, certain logs might not be immediately accessible if they aren’t stored in a searchable index.
Users need to plan their data pipelines carefully to ensure they don’t lose valuable insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It give us timely alert and show graphical dashboard. it is very easy to find the issue and provide logs to the customer for specific issue.
It save our time.

Efficient log management , but finding docs feels like a treasure hunt with no map.

  • March 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Coralogix is the variety of query mechanisms, making it a powerful tool for frequent log analysis and monitoring. Their real-time support team is responsive, and while it may take some time to get a solution, they do come through with a fix. The range of REST APIs is also impressive, allowing for flexible integrations across different use cases.

In terms of ease of use, once you get familiar with the platform, it becomes a reliable solution for real-time log processing. However, navigating the tiered structure and finding the right configurations can feel like a puzzle at times. For frequent users, Coralogix proves to be an efficient platform, provided you’re willing to spend time understanding its query mechanisms and available features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback of Coralogix is its limited documentation, which makes implementation more challenging. Important details, such as field descriptions and allowed values, are often missing or unclear, requiring constant reliance on chat support for even minor queries. Additionally, some REST APIs lack pagination, making data retrieval inefficient and difficult to manage at scale. One major issue with the DataPrime Query API is that if the response contains 300 logs, it returns three separate JSON arrays instead of a single JSON object. This causes problems in automation, as many scripts or tools may only process the first JSON array, ignoring the rest. A properly structured JSON object would significantly improve integration and ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an SDET, Coralogix helps me go through logs efficiently, making it easier to trace issues, debug failures, and monitor system behavior in real time. The different query mechanisms allow quick data extraction, and the REST APIs make it flexible to automate log analysis.

I’ve also built a framework around Coralogix using its REST APIs, which helps automate log retrieval, filtering, and validation. This has made troubleshooting much faster and reduced manual effort. While the documentation could be better and some API responses aren’t the easiest to work with, once set up properly, Coralogix has been useful in improving test stability and catching issues early.
