Online documentation is still in the works and information there is not always up to date with the most recent configuration

Allows you to integrate all your logs, traces, and metrics in a single tool and reduces management overhead

Access management needs to be reviewed once since if we create multiple teams then it becomes difficult for us to keep updating specific teams for user access updates, there should be a org level setting as well

Log management, alerting and monitoring has become quite easy for us

some functionality that is more specific to our needs is still missing to build things like we used to have

we replace a few services on azure cloud with Corologix dashboards, alerts, and monitoring

What do you like best about the product?
When we started with Coralogix their search speed and storage optimizations stood out. The storage optimizations allowed us to significantly reduce our logging costs without losing mission-critical features. Of late they have made improvements to their UX and have evolved into a full-fledged monitoring suite equipped with APM, alerting, and security tools. But over the months their lightning-quick customer support is what I have come to appreciate the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, the UX of the log viewer was the primary pain point, but they were quick to act on feedback and have now implemented changes in the right direction. We were not able to make alerting work for us though. We either ended up with alert fatigue or could not reduce our time to problem discovery using the information given in the alert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging was a big chunk of our monthly tech cost. Coralogix offered us a solution that would potentially reduce this cost and keep it predictable. The fact that our cost was predictable was a big thing for us cost-sensitive folks.

What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix were very responsive and flexible during the onboarding process. Any issues were promptly addressed and, generally, it has been a very pleasant experience

There have been a few minor feature gaps that were missed during the proof of value process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix enables us to monitor and support our platform to the levels our customers expect, using their logs and metrics solutions.
Working with Coralogix has been an amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
The people I work with at Coralogix. We are not a big company but I feel like they are on my team 24x7 365 I have been able to get help. I have used Datadog, Splunk, Cloudwatch, NewRelic, and other systems I can do all of what I used to do in those systems combined and have been more successful than when I used a combination of those systems. We process millions of logs each day and I am able to do it in a fast and cost-effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any system, you have to spend time implementing their solution. It was not too hard after about an hour I understood much of the system and was successful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Coralogix for understanding my logs, my systems, data quality, tracing, and alerting. I keep finding ways to use Coralogix in ways I hadn't thought of. Coralogix is now where I go first to understand my system and how it is performing.
