Everything is at the tip of my fingers!
What do you like best about the product?
"V7 has very fast responsiveness to feedback and suggestions from its user's perspective. Communication with V7 personnel about bugs is usually very interactive. Some of my suggestions for additional features were quickly delivered and I love their response. It makes working on V7 more productive and easier.
User-friendly interface. Navigation on V7 is very user-friendly. It helps boost production as work is made easier and faster to complete. A stunning UI, so far the best I have seen.
Can't forget about the tools. Wow. I love the tools on V7. The brush is easy to use compared to other platforms. The attributes are easy to identify and select. The shortcuts are most efficient as they help shorten work time.
This feature is undeniably one of the most useful features on V7. This feature makes V7 stand out from other platforms. It helps reduce annotation time tremendously and this speeds up my labelling process. It is beyond doubt to say this is the best feature on V7."

What do you dislike about the product?
"So far, so good. Nothing to dislike at the moment. Less good on NLP but this seems to be something they're building out and annotations seem to get out of image borders."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"V7 has saved us a lot of time labelling data
We are using V7 for bounding box and semantic segmentation annotations and it helps us do more in less time.
Great platform for both image and video annotations"

User-Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
"V7 Darwin is accurate, user-friendly and functional, a wide variety of tools make annotation relatively quick and easy.
The subtract and merge options are particularly useful for pixel-perfect labeling which is a big plus and not something I've seen elsewhere, the experience so far has been smooth with no issues. V7 is my go-to platform."

What do you dislike about the product?
"Not much to say here, the platform works well with no hindrance, and the work is promptly saved and easily retrieved. No problems. The platform does not freeze and makes for a smooth experience."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"V7 gives the annotator a wide variety of tools to handle any form of computer vision project. The platform also provides auto annotations which save time and make for a pleasant work experience."
Innovative platform that is staying ahead of the game in CV
What do you like best about the product?
My company performs a lot of data labelling using multiple platforms - we choose V7 frequently for Computer Vision projects due to the ease of managing workflows and quality control stage gates, the simplicity of the UX, the auto-annotate feature - and the fact that its preferred by our annotators. They also have a fantastic and highly responsive team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much honestly. Not as strong on NLP yet (or certain data types like LIDAR) but I expect this might be a growth area for the company, and I wouldn't be surprised if they tackle these areas with the same zeal and competency should they choose to invest in them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use V7 to produce high-quality data annotation pipelines with large data sets and large teams - the platform facilitates this activity in a way that most alternatives don't come close to, in everything from the open API, UX, data security assurance, handling large volumes etc...
Very powerful platform with an awesome technical roadmap ahead
What do you like best about the product?
- powerful API and tooling to quickly generate interpolated annotations which is so valuable for our unstructured data use case
- quick and responsive support
- active product roadmap with more great features coming

What do you dislike about the product?
we've made some additional product requests around immutable video metadata and workflow management which are actively being worked on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating tons of annotations for cheap. This is so valuable for us as my team is working with a particularly messy and large microscopic dataset of cell imagery
great experience
What do you like best about the product?
web interface, communications with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Havent use the api a lot but seemed to need better documentation/instructions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
user friendly platform doing annotations
Useful and performant software, very responsive support team
What do you like best about the product?
Darwin is a great tool for annotating. We found it very easy to manage images, annotations, and annotators. The images we use in our line of work should stress-test most image-processing services, but Darwin seems to operate fast enough for our satisfaction. There are some niche tools we use that are missing in the interface, but their support team is very responsive, I felt our feature requests are heard and being worked on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to be honest. If I have to write something, I guess the documentation is a bit rough on the edges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Annotation. We have a large number of large images that need to be annotated for training/evaluation purposes, and V7 is making it possible for us to assign annotators to images, let the annotators annotate with a rich set of annotation tools, review the annotations, and export them easily and fast.
v7's integration with aws fits hand in glove
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple options to select from when exporting annotations
s3 integration was just perfect for me as i was able to break the video down into frames automatically right after after upload.

What do you dislike about the product?
far too often i'm been met with this problem where i have to delete and re-draw
the bounding box multiple times around the object before it gets segmented.
The error is about your system being down at the moment or that i a slow internet connection (which is not the case)

Excellent customer support and AI software platform
What do you like best about the product?
I hadn't used V7 or any other type of AI software program prior and I've really enjoyed using and teaching others from my team how to use V7. It's quite intuitive after a short training. The customer service is amazing with quick feedback and they even create short videos to answer questions on how to use the interface. It's been a really great experience and the V7 team has been exceptional. I really love the interpolate tool and the shortcut keys.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there may be features that I don't know about that might help me with labeling since the software is so robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using AI to help us with ultrasound imaging. The benefits are that we could create more neat and helpful tools for our industry.
Useful tool for creating training data faster.
What do you like best about the product?
Annotating for complex tasks like segmentation is much easier with the auto-annotate tool. I no longer have to select all boundary points for creating segmentation maps as the tool allows me to draw a rough bounding box, creating a map on its own that can be tweaked to meet our requirements. Just recently the team introduced the option to plug in external models to annotate data and we are very excited to explore it in the upcoming months. The interface is also very intuitive so using the tool is quite easy, especially after you learn the keyboard shortcuts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major with the annotation tool. While the CLI SDK is amazing for uploading data, it might be tricky for beginners. The documentation is a huge help here and is easy to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
V7 is helping us build an autonomous weed detection and eradication mechanism for automation in the agricultural domain. So far, we really like that it helped us reduce the annotation time from a couple of days to hours.
Advanced data management and training platform
What do you like best about the product?
V7 has one of the best customer support teams I've ever come across. From the smooth onboarding to adding new features requested by us - they really listen to the feedback and are very responsive. The UI is very intuitive which helped us reduce the time spent on labeling. We label videos, and V7's interpolation features made it easier and faster to annotate our data. They also have an open API and allow for the import and export of data in multiple formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using V7 for months now in a number of projects, but I don't have any major complaints. Some minor bugs and fixes that I suggested were fixed by the team on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using V7 for keypoint skeleton annotation and it helped us speed up our labeling process. The filtering options give us a better overview of our data which makes it easier to manage complex datasets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out, especially if you have to label video data. So far, it's probably one of the most advanced video labeling platforms on the market.
