Offers basic insights, but you need further research
What do you like best about the product?
It offers a full campaign overview and help. It also has a clear design.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search machine is very sensitive to wordings and often shows the same profiles. Also not all filters are really implemented
Futher you need to do your own research to really see how influencers perform. Klear makes an estimation, but this might be far from the truth.

It gives an idea on how influencers perform and if you can trust them. Klear also helps discovering new influencers.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is incredible and extremely helpful. The actual tools on Meltwater have also been amazing for my organization to stay updated on news, posts, and trends!
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, getting to know the platform can be a bit confusing. However, the customer service is extremely helpful and will walk through and answer any questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typically, our Twitter feed has an overwhelming amount of content, some of which does not apply to our work. Meltwater helps filter out those conversations and see what information is relevant to us.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is excellent, best in the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not "crawl" website/webpages so there are limitations from a CI perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collection of wide variety of news sources, especially on social media, and then reporting.
Often brings interactions to team that we'd have to laboriously seek out on native otherwise.

The way you can select more than one post to mark with certain tags or to mark sentiment is super helpful when our business has give-aways!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to be able to access more than just listening on the platform, more of a "one stop shop" vs. a specialized site for just listening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding listening mentions of our business that would not come our way otherwise.

Data correctness needs to be improved, there are a lot of repetitive data, irrelevant data is not removed, and not all the main data is included

What do you like best about the product?
I like using the social listening tool to understand what is relevant chatter that will help us track influencers that will push our message forward. Our team has been able to pick up the advanced search and make use of this tool, so because its user-friendly, we can take advantage of it more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if meltwater could gather data from videos to get a better understanding of what is happening on that medium. At the moment, we are only able to 'social listen' to text made on social posts, and sometimes, ist hard to customize the booleans to filter out some of the noise our keywords are attracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to focus on news that is relevant and target media sources's to get them to try our app. It has allowed us to get an understanding of the need our app is solving to and to learn about the people that are our best fit.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Meltwater for their data softwares and it's useful features like Klear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working for a fashion brand, Meltwater's resources aren't always useful in finding the date my company is looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is helping my company find useful credits and mentions in the media.
Meltwater has been great for media monitoring, social listening and social management.
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of tools available on MW, allows multiple team members to be more strategic and better prepared in their positions. The media monitoring dashboard and daily emails help us stay in the loop about where and when our brand is being mentioned on print, digital and radio platforms. The Engage tool for social media makes it easier to manage content and engage with our audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all platforms, there is always room for improvement. I would love to see additional features added to the Engage section so we can see every time our pages are tagged or mentioned. I would also like an update in the Instagram scheduling so photos and videos can be included in carousel posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps us know when local, national and worldwide news outlets are talking about our brand. With over 60 sites and 5,000 employees, we must know who is having what conversations about us. In addition, we have a presence on multiple social media platforms. Meltwater allows us to manage and schedule content, respond to our audience and keep an eye on crucial analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Very comprehensive database and is incredibly user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I don't like about Klear, other than perhaps being limited to the number of profiles I can view (unless on the more premium package)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying influencers who are aligned with particular brand values

What do you like best about the product?
The training videos are easy to understand, and are very clear in the steps to get the best out of Meltwater. The small tests and demos you take after also help ensure you retain the knowledge.

I didn't dislike anything about using Meltwater or the training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to see what's trending and why - this helps us keep track of sentiment, if we can get involved with the activity and noise happening online, and if we SHOULD get involved.
