What do you like best about the product?
I find the Campaign feature the most helpful.
Tracking influencer campaigns is a huge effort. The Klear Campaign Tool allows me to do this very efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?
Infuencers who are active on Youtube cannot always be tracked or verified. In addition, the posts of YouTubers do not count in the Klear campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assess the quality of influencers using the Klear Score.

Meltwater A Great Tool for Non-profit Communications
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater has aided my non-profit communications team in monitoring media mentions of our research, tracking the keywords that relevant news outlets are mentioning the most at any given time, and reaching out to reporters that cover particular beats that are relevant to our foundation. Overall, this service is great for streamlining all of our PR needs into one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to know how often Meltwater updates its media contacts. When sending out PR, I often get reply emails saying that the reporter has moved to a different publication or is covering a different beat, so it would be great to have this knowledge streamlined into the service somehow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps our team track media mentions without having to check multiple different platforms and social media accounts, which would be a time-consuming process.
Klear is a wonderful platform for influencer marketing and analytics!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Klear streamlines the entire process of pulling/scouting influencer metrics/prospects. It makes finding the right content creators for your company a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any downsides, truly! I really enjoy using Klear for my company and I think we all have found it useful in some capacity, even if we don't work directly with digital marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear is helping us to expand our influencer network, which in turn, enables us to garner more programs from brands that continue to sponsor our business. It's truly a win-win!

Meltwater has been tremendously helpful in tracking any positive sentiments across news and social media. It is a great tool to have handy for reporting.

I like the reliability of the platform but the personal connection by our account manager in working to truly understand our business is what sets MW apart from the competitors.

Meltwater is a great platform for reporting analytics and has a robust media database.

My team benefits from saving time while searching for media coverage, both traditional and social, and Meltwater has great reporting analytics to show each client the progress based on our activities.

The algorithm for searching each client can be difficult at first. However, if you contact your account representative, that person will be able to set up your searches for you / support in any way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on Meltwater to report on analytics from traditional and social media as a result of our campaigns for our clients. We also use the media database to build media contact lists and reach reporters.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to monitor publications from across the globe, including non-English speaking markets. It works well for a company like UiPath with a global presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for the team to be more agile and follow through with clients' requests and be able to keep us updated on the progress. Proposing a structured timeline will contribute to a more pleasant experience working with UiPath. The relationship is rather passive, in my honest opinion.

So easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The various elements that this platform has available is wonderful! I love being able to tackle any project I have in mind by easily navigating the available tools. Setting up things like dashboards, daily digests, weekly newsletters and such for our internal teams has been very helpful as well. Our Meltwater rep has been absolutely wonderful as well, taking me as a new hire, and getting me up to speed on everything the platform can do!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative thing I've noticed is that some media contacts wound up getting their personal email addresses pulled in. This has caused a bit of anger reflected back to us via email after sending out a press release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps us efficiently reach out to a targeted group of media contacts, ensuring our message is going to the right people. Meltwater also allows us to help keep our leadership team in the loop of recent news articles without having them sift through all the noise.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater has been great for organizing, scheduling, organizing and tracking content for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The annoying popups about having to post 15 minutes out. I know, but the way the time defaults in the scroller it warns me every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is helping us queue content smoothly and is very helpful with tracking tags we assign to posts.

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone at Meltwater has been so helpful and communicative! I love the Engage platform and how user friendly it is. It is great to see everything in one place in an organized matter. I would definitely reccomend!

The only thing I dislike is that the reports section is a little confusing but everyone has been helpful with creating searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use Meltwater for social media monitoring and publishing. It is extremely nice to see everything in one place and easy to navigate the platform. It is also nice to have analytics and the ability to reply to messages in one place.
