What do you like best about the product?
it's nice to have all my influencers sorted by campaign

I have to manually remove irrelevant content from my campaigns before completing the monthly reports

Great resource to find influencers for campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Klear makes it simple for me to search for influencers within specific niches. I can categorize, create lists, and store influencers for campaigns. This is a way better tool than the others I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to search multiple terms/ niches at once. I can use hashtags and click on categories, however, the search options are simplistic. I should be able to edit an existing search query instead of having to create a new one every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear helps me hit my KPIs of the number of influencers I need to contact each month, create campaigns, create relationships, and get insight into how these influencers perform. My second month using Klear my KPI's tripled due to its effectiveness.
Meltwater provides a great, robust media monitoring platform and has great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
In our work, we use Meltwater primarily for media monitoring and analytics associated with that data. I have found that Meltwater has a broad swath of outlets and sources in their data repository, including foreign media, social media, among other areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
No obvious gaps that are solely in the jurisdiction of Meltwater, but would prefer more access to full text, pre-authorized social platform analytics, etc. There are significant gaps when searching Facebook/instagram content but I understand this is due to Meta policies and seems consistent across analytics platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater works with us to determine any gaps and to remedy those issues. In the past, we have identified sources that aren't actively being collected but are critical for our teams and Meltwater has been able to update their collection to integrate those outlets. In addition, we have, on occassion, identified difficulties in searching for specifics within the platform and Meltwater has been able to guide us through better, more direct ways of finding the information that we are seeking.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful piece about Meltwater is that I can quickly, efficiently, and confidently answer my executive-level stakeholder's questions with data to drive strategy.
I can see that the efforts of my media relations team are working based on analytics such as share of voices, top publications, and overall media mentions. The user-friendly interface is also excellent for those who may not understand Boolean or want to look around the tool to familiarize themselves.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a better way to share reports and customize them. I tend to screenshot or download PNGs to put in my deck that is branded for my team. The tool could be heightened by customizable share options that allow creative freedom. Also, if we could add a PDF version for the report would be PHENOMENAL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is solving the need to track our share of voice/ media mentions. It would be very difficult for our team to do that all manually, saving my specific team nearly three hours a day on tagging alone.
It is also giving us more visualization in the reports we build to see if we are moving the needle surrounding our conversations on things.

To provide a one stop platform for us to look into our brand image and what KOLs are posting across the globe about our brand
Big enhancement in capabilities from previous platoform!

Robust reporting features make it seamless and fast to measure/track performance across all of our social properties
What do you dislike about the product?
Post Calendar and Posting interface can be a bit clunky with lots of clicks to get where you want and sometimes links or tags do not populate correctly

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search for influencers in specific markets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inaccuracy of influencers provided. It told me Joe Biden was a Baton Rouge influencer!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A big part of my day-to-day is sourcing influencers in specific markets. While the majority of the influencers provided on Klear are not actually in the markets, some are, and I can use them as a jumping off point.
Influencer Management
What do you like best about the product?
Automatic post-tracking. Contract signing and management is a good safeguard and makes signing easier for partners. The campaign questionnaire is also a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
YouTube posts are treated differently from other social media posts. In the past we have had notable delays in the platform tracking YouTube posts, even with trackable words/tags in the description. Also frustrating is that when reporting, Klear separates YouTube metrics from other socials, so to get a full view you have to manually add both numbers together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily tracking and managing several influencer partners. Without Klear we would not have enough time in the week to track all posts our partners publish. Klear also helps speed up the vetting process.
Metrics are great and platform is very expansive!

Meltwater has been really insightful on the metrics front and great for reporting our activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are that it's a lot of information to take in at once. The information can be an overload.

The problem meltwater is solving is the lack of data that correlates to marketing. It benefits by providing insights on social media and pr campaigns that directly relate back to our brand.
Time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely useful to be able to pull influencer information all in one place versus using multiple platforms to gather information. It has been a time saver not only for me but my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to admin and updating settings/information, it feels a bit complicated since I cannot make those changes myself but it's useful having the chat available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our team gather influencer information from one place for digital campaigns for clients. The features are extensive and valuable and have allowed us to learn about new influencers we were not aware of previously.
