Good product. Excellent customer support.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, but mainly their customer support has always been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel there are some opportunities on the social listening side.

Mainly searching new influencers.

What do you like best about the product?
They had a great support team and answered all our questions.

It didn't have enough influencers on the platform, and the messaging infrastructure could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear helped us show the analytics and results of our influencers and was an all-in-one style platform. It also gave us a way to message influencers in a professional manor.
Great for discovering influencers
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate interface. Lots of insightful information about individual influencers. Addition of tik tok influencers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of our influencers are interested in using the program or having a KLEAR account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding influencers that fit our requirements and analytics to the campaigns they are partnered with us on.
GREAT FOR DIGITAL MARKETERS
What do you like best about the product?
I love that pricing is available firsthand when researching influencers as well as showing their reach. I also love the fact that Klear is extremely well organized with its influencers
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little confusing at first. I also do not like that when reaching out to influencers within the platform a message is also sent via email. It can get confusing at times when receiving multiple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that Klear is one big hub and keeps all the information in one spot. I now do not have to search the entire internet for social media influencers of all sizes. I love having one platform that has multiple uses.

What do you like best about the product?
It's social media tracking ability. Makes finding relevant posts where handle is not tagged easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video content is not hd or downloadable, price is high. TVEyes alone is cheaper. Only a better deal of using for social and digital tracking as well.

Helps with monitoring relevant coverage across multiple platforms. Offers key analytics to see value of mention and allows you to track across multiple platforms seamlessly.
Klear experience for Influencer Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the granularity of the filters and the different ways to find the correct influencer for every campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the influencers are not correctly categorized. I want some more reporting options.

We use it to track specific campaign but also to understand and analyze influencer, not only for campaign, but also to give some informed advice

What do you dislike about the product?
That users have to connect a Facebook account to have some use in the platform. The search engine is simple but working with influencer through the platform can be daunting at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a straightforward search engine for our influencer campaigns, allowing us to easily find and select good influencers for our clients and ponder the account's quality.
Best tool to filter influencers
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Klear is its ability to filter influencers based on location, style, and the fact that you get insight on their demographics and information on their actual number of followers because it is incredible how many apps exist now where you can buy followers. Love the access and how professionally the profile is analyzed!
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main things I can think of that I don't love as much about Klear is that the platform can't find every profile to analyze it. Sometimes it asks people to "register" their profiles, and I think it would be best if all the profiles could be analyzed regardless of being subscribed or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear is helping me in my role by filtering influencers and recommending options in the same niche. I can easily type their Instagram handle and get all the information that I need in less than 5 minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Predictive measurement capabilities help us to negotiate stronger contracts and better deliverables for our company on behalf of brands. Saves time on reporting and that is a bonus
What do you dislike about the product?
I was initially thinking support was slow to react, as in slower than Meltwater but when I connected and mentioned that to our rep, someone quickly fixed it for us so that was a positive resolution to my concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Predictive measurements before we negotiate or build strategy and also sourcing influencers plus measuring campaigns at the end of the activity.
Transparent and Easy Access Data
What do you like best about the product?
Klear is a wonderful way of looking for quality influencers across different categories and target audiences. With transparent data and easy UX, Klear saves so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all influencer emails are provided but this is not Klear's fault. It solely depends on the influencers' contact information availability. Also, campaign creation takes some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear helps me save time in finding relevant and quality influencers. It also helps gauge how much we should spend on certain campaigns and influencers.
