What do you like best about the product?
Seeing the insights and demographics or each creator and being able to easily see real time campaign analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be quite glitchy and we have had issues uploading creators into the platform. Klear is a very manual platform to operate when multiple accounts from one creator aren't all pulled into one profile
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time campaign reporting, being able to pull analytics and entire campaign reports is a game changer.
Great asset but needs some work
What do you like best about the product?
I like the detailed insights that Klear provides for each influencer. I also enjoy that I can communicate clearly with influencers, share campaign briefs and agreements all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the search functionality and how it doesn't share all available influencer data if they are not a part of the Klear platform. I feel like we are missing out on some valuable people we can be working with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to connect with influencers and share our product that they may not know about. Its an easy platform to use and helps to connect the dots in a market we are new to.
Klear is a useful tool for social pros
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy "poking around" in Klear most of all — and then creating watch lists for potential future opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use it as often as others in my company, so it's sometimes difficult to keep up on any product updates.

Giving us the ability to search for influencers in one location, and have that information shared with colleagues.
Not suitable for all use cases

It is straightforward to use. The workflow is simple.

Once you are agreed contractually, there is no way coming back - even if company don't live up to the promises of Sales and Customer Teams of Klear

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of query setup even with advanced booleans, chrome plugin to add missing articles. Overall simplicity of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have the ability to download data from the new custom dashboard functionality. Tagging data to create subcategories in queries is cumbersome and do not apply automatically when new data comes in - saw other tools doing this much better.

Allows us to track all coverage in an easy to use and undestand platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Using klear, we were able to quickly identify the best suited influencers for our campaign.

When they update something, there may be some downtime.

You can already set a measurable target and KPI using their predictive social roi.
THE Influencer CRM Platform You Need!
What do you like best about the product?
Klear is an all-in-one tool that has drastically improved our research of influencers, communications with them and our metrics back to clients to inform them of how our campaigns are performing. The performance component has helped us to secure additional business with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be completely honest, there's not a lot about Klear that our team doesn't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It dramatically improves our research capabilities and determining if an influencer is the right fit for our programs. It streamlines our communication with influencers. The review process is so smooth in Klear and our clients truly love using the platform for all-in-one review. Now knowing the EMV of our campaigns has benefited us greatly in receiving additional business.
Very useful tool!

I really like to see the ROI based on EMV (Estimated media value). Being able to add influencers to a campaign is so helpful to track success!

Klear for Influencer Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I have tried many other platforms and Meltwater has been the most efficient and user friendly. Other platforms have fallen short in my opinion pertaining to the level of integration you can use it for your campaings. I also use it almost every day, therefore it is klearly (haha) something that is integrated into the core of our management.
What do you dislike about the product?
They recently reduced the size of files that you can send to creators which is not helpful for us since we send our breifing separately through a pdf. Otherwise typically if something is not working the best, you can request it as a new feature and this is something that I find nice!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform makes alot of things easier, such as research and organization of conversation. It is benefiting us in the fact that it reduces alot of time trying to find information if needed to be organized outside of a platform that would do it all.
