Benefits and Exceptional Support on a Simple Platform
What do you like best about the product?
All the benefits obtained with this platform, how simple it can be, the support from the Chatbot and the staff in charge of the companies, as communication is always fluid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's necessary to make some important adjustments, but in the structure of the platform, to have greater reach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it with corporate clients, regarding the brand and the services they provide. So any doubt that has arisen or any situation, everything has been resolved so far and we have always had the support of the relevant people. As was the case with Nancy Rivas, Francisco Romero, and Alegría.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the platform because it is easy and intuitive to use, allowing for effective tracking of my brand’s conversations. Its user-friendly interface makes it simple to monitor interactions, analyze insights, and stay up to date with how my brand is being discussed across different channels. Additionally, the personalized support is extremely valuable, as the team responds quickly and helps resolve questions efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like the platform overall; the only improvement I would suggest is the ability to directly monitor social media performance in order to track how the news we publish ourselves performs across our own social channels.

Meltwater helps Fedefarma solve the challenge of monitoring and understanding conversations related to our organization and the pharmaceutical sector across media and social platforms. Through social media listening, it allows us to identify trends, sentiment, and key topics in real time, while media monitoring helps us track news coverage, mentions, and the impact of our communications. This enables us to respond in a timely manner, stay informed, and make data-driven decisions to strengthen our communication strategy and reputation.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater is a game-changer for media monitoring. What we love most is how it pulls in data from everywhere, news sites, social platforms, blogs, even podcasts, so nothing slips through the cracks. The AI assistant, Mira, is a huge time-saver, helping us quickly summarize coverage and spot trends without digging through endless reports. The dashboards are easy to customize, and the influencer discovery tool makes campaign planning a breeze. It’s definitely built for big teams and serious projects, but if you want deep insights and smart reporting, Meltwater delivers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s is a bit of a learning curve when you first start using it; some of the advanced tools take time to master. A few users mention that real-time accuracy can sometimes lag, and pulling historical data isn’t always as smooth as expected. Overall, it’s powerful, but you’ll need to invest both time and budget to get the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater solves one of our biggest headaches: keeping track of what’s being said about our brand and industry across countless channels. Before, we spent hours jumping between platforms and manually pulling reports. Now, everything’s in one place—news, social, blogs, even influencers—so we can spot trends and react fast. The AI tools make it easy to turn raw data into insights, which means less time crunching numbers and more time making decisions. It’s helped us stay ahead of competitors and respond to opportunities in real time, which is a huge win for our team.
Intuitive and Excellent Support, But Searches in Spanish Must Improve
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive it is to use the Meltwater platform. In my team, where not everyone has deep knowledge of using social media, Meltwater allows them to conduct real-time monitoring. I also appreciate the constant training sessions that keep us up to date. The presence of Meltwater executives to resolve doubts is very valuable, as the available chat allows us to get help in a few minutes, regardless of the time. This makes us feel supported and backed to offer the best possible service to our clients. Additionally, I have found Meltwater much more intuitive and easy to use, providing more accurate results than our previous tool. The initial setup was also very easy, thanks to the support of the executives.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when searches in Spanish don't work very well. On the other hand, I think it's necessary to adjust MIRA a bit. Its history sometimes fails. Searches when done in Spanish sometimes don't capture well what is being searched for. Regarding MIRA, a few weeks ago it happened to me that it didn't record a search I did and it was impossible to resume it.

Meltwater allows us to monitor social networks and media quickly, especially during crises, and offers precise context analysis. The platform is intuitive and offers constant training, supporting my team with real-time monitoring.
Personalized Training and User-Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It has training through videos and personalized sessions, in various languages. For now, the platform is user-friendly, once you get involved in understanding how it works and getting to know it.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is a platform for monitoring news on social networks and portals, it is very global and covers a lot of data. When a user refines the information they need, I have noticed that media with little reach are not taken into account, and those media with less reach help us know what news they are publishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made it easier for me when MW monitors information that has already passed and that sometimes, as a user, you are no longer looking for that information because you are constantly searching for recent news about the brand.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool greatly facilitates the tasks that need to be carried out in the area of influencer marketing and marketing in general. The ability to search for profiles easily and quickly, as well as organize them into campaigns and other categories, contributes to making the work much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a bit complicated to generate reports, as I have had several issues. The idea of using this tool is for the processes to be more automatic and less manual, but sometimes the platform does not gather all the contents of a campaign and it is necessary to add them manually, which makes the process tedious. Also, sometimes it does not update the influencers' profiles regarding their content. Another aspect is that, when generating a report for an influencer, the tool shows 'global' metrics based on all the influencer's content, but does not offer more specific data. For example, on Instagram and TikTok, the main audience is usually from Costa Rica, but in the report, it appears as if it were from the United States.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What I value most is not having to perform manual searches or try to obtain campaign and video metrics manually, so the reports for both campaigns and influencers are a success.
360° Vision and Multichannel at a Fair Price
What do you like best about the product?
The 360° view of reputation and digital trends. I like that it is multi-channel at an appropriate price, its interface and use are simple. In my experience, it was extremely useful for detecting spikes in negative mentions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did not contribute to the creation of profiles as it did not allow for the identification of associations between user accounts across more than one platform. In some cases, the searches were distributed, diverting them from the focus of the queries and generating ambiguous and irrelevant results. The sentiment analysis must and can be improved with language refinement.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Meltwater is easy to use and provides relevant information about reporters, which saves me from searching multiple places for contact information, social information, and recent stories. The initial setup was very good, and our rep has been great and quick to respond. It effectively identifies relevant news articles and reporters covering our issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the clips are not sourced by an actual person, we are still working to fine-tune our report. There are still articles we get that are not relevant, but our rep is very helpful in improving it.
