What do you like best about the product?
The help center always answer very fast and help me solve problems that I sometimes encounter with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find journalists that are specialized in radio and TV shows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can prove that media relations have an important value to my collegues and it helps me getting my business' products known to the public.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always write to the online chat, the techn support is great and very quick to answer!

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater not only meets my media monitoring needs but my account rep acts more like a colleague - always there to step in when I need assistance or have a question.
What do you dislike about the product?
One major news outlet in my area does not share its clips with Meltwater.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater was able to meet our needs for media monitoring and added in their media contacts list and still came in under budget. Budget has always been my biggest problem.

Using Clear with successful Influencers marketing campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers a lot of information in a very understandable way, the data works for planning cinfluencers marketing campaings in a very accurate way. Thats why we projected KPI’s and they have been acomplished in 80% of times. Also lately Klear has launching new featurings that allows us to understand more about the Tik Tok world that actually in Chile is a very strong market for Gen Z and surprisingly Millennials.

Also Klear offers a lot of demographic information that guarantee that the campaign is more accurate in gender target or in ages accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some profiles don't have alll the information required, but the costumer service team is always open to recieve our questions and requests

- Influencers profile information
- Influencers quantitative information
- Influencers demographics information
- Expected scope in some campaign KPI's
- Expected reach in some campaign KPI's
- Expected reach for Instagram Post's, Stories, Reels (also with our internal formula), Tiktok posts

My first time with Klear

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is soo easy to use and work within. I love the EMV feature it allows me to report back an ROI per campaign/influencer
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I am unable to add a social handle even though the account exists
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using an Excel Sheet and Social Blades to "track" Influencers, we were not ranking or rating them nor reporting metrics back on the campaigns. This tool automates what was a manual process and allows me to manage campaigns and deliver KPI's back to the business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No recommendations at this time, I am a first time user and getting used to the tool and its potential

What do you like best about the product?
Klear has helped VisitAberdeenshire source quality influencers for tourism campaigns during the last 18 months. It has been a valuable tool to drill down to specific audiences and level of engagement. The ease of use is great, the clear and concise interface allows users to find what they need without difficulty. Klear identified strong influencers that were the right fit for our campaigns and we were able to see the direct impact of their visits almost immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything about Klear that I don't like, it's become a vital tool in our communications activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to find influencers with specific strengths and interests which directly related to our campaign activity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely a great product that makes a positive difference.

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboards -- makes reporting easy to share and understand. I also love the lists I can make of influencers. It makes targeted media outreach must easier. I also love the stats on the open rate. It allows me to filter out unresponsive press contracts. This has helped us made relationships with relevant reporters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that social media tracking is not as effective for Facebook. Twitter and forum tacking is much more effective. Sometimes the contact information is not completely accurate or has a general email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving missing where we get earned media, it is now easy to quantify. It also has allowed us to expand our engagement with new reporters.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get help from support staff and go through efforts to watch tutorials.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to research, analyze, and compile influencer and partnership data and being able to have it all stored in one place for reporting to my team.
Klear is constantly improving the product as well, and shoutout to their team for working with me to find solutions that help us complete our objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upfront cost and so many features you have to stay on top of your product EDU so you're making sure to use Klear to full capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving a lot of time in my day to day when it comes to finding partners, understanding their audience and authenticity, and then reporting on partnerships we've established.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater's customer service is fantastic. Even though we have a basic package - not all the bells and whistles - I still have a dedicated team of Meltwater reps that I can reach out to with any question or issue. I always get a response that day - sometimes within the hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform isn't the most intuitive. I know I could be using Meltwater way more efficiently/to gather data and reporting, but I have too many other priorities on my plate to dedicate time to learning all the ins and outs of Meltwater.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater has a great media monitoring service. I use the tag feature to track press coverage for various projects. I also love the newsletter feature. It's a quick way for me to share press coverage with our board and leadership in a visual way.

I also use the journalist database frequently. I schedule almost all of my pitches/press releases to distribute using Meltwater.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth the money. I also recommend participating in the many Webinar's Meltwater provides.
