What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track and measure media coverage, create beautiful and comprehensive reports, analyze competitors' news and our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like the database to improve, and some of the report-making features to be a bit easier / more intuitive.

Not all features are useful, are there better ways to customize your package / add on only the services you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better ways to internally report, with metrics, to show reach and engagement, key metrics like CTRs are always great. Being able to understand share of voice and how that's growing over time has been more helpful.

Social media monitoring is great because we're able to pull in different teams' objectives or projects to track against those too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
be sure to vet all options to find the platform that best suits your needs, be sure to add on the capabilities you'll truly need, and lean on your colleagues + meltwater to make sure the info. or data you're surfacing and sharing is the most helpful to stake holders and team members

What do you like best about the product?
Easily pull the report in the meltwater for the gaven data.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't have the access to use the login at the same from the various device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will use to take the report for the DPM project.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater is an advanced intelligence tool that can easily manage our brand identity. It has a unique user interface that makes it easy to use. Their insight reports are more accurate and helpful to analyze the right direction for any brand identity development. It is easy to navigate with real-time access. Their customer support has always been good with their services and helps to quickly resolve any issues. Overall it helps our business to stay on top and enhance the marketing performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite expensive for what it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to monitor our brand presence and build a better marketing strategy.
It is easy to use and providing accurate insight reports.
A perfect tool for managing and monitoring all social media channel performances.

The tool is awesome sor Social media Listening. The engage tool is really good. I would recommend this to my friends or other organizations to use this tool.

Explore - Good visualization and % of capturing data is on higher end

There are nothing as such, the prodcut is competitve when compared with others in the market

Real-time insights, ability to generate word cloud and media tracking, great monthly reports and real-time tracking with the simple addition of keywords. also ability of multiple user login from the team to access the results

its user interface is a little complicated and in-ability to track some of the social media channels.

What do you like best about the product?
The most liked features are the effective keyword search, listening capabilities, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly convenient UI and UX. We also launched a successful pilot on social media for a business project where we utilized the keyword search and listening capabilities of Meltwater.
What do you dislike about the product?
One improvement is an option where Meltwater can put more resources for account management. The additional resources will be suitable if a brand wants to outsource and deal only with meltwater and not through an agency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Meltwater to evaluate the performance of an integrated marketing campaign and also for ongoing social listening across platforms. We could efficiently evaluate, monitor and improve the campaign performance using Meltwater.

I believe this tool will help build a more intelligent marketing strategy and help you achieve the campaign's objectives.
