Great tool, but not as intuitive or flexible as others
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize dashboards, to share pages I track with others in my company, and the option not to handtype in boolean. It is fairly comprehensive, I have just found other tools like Netbase to be more comprehensive and user friendly.
Also I LOVE the in-program tool that allows me to easily and quickly ask for help live along with search on my own.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could create a filter that removes a group. Currently I can only create a filter that includes a group. I also which I could layer groups without having to use the complicated boolean. I find that netbase allows both of these options and makes it significantly easier to apply and remove filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am performing typical social listening based on a specific occasion or situation to understand what a consumer or user is saying about the product, category, etc. As well as monitoring response to a brand or competitor over time.
Most user-friendly interface out of the social listening tools I've used!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface the most but also find the advanced search filters to build a boolean string super useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Excess false positives (but they can be easily filtered out with aforementioned advanced search filters, so it's not a big deal)

Having to run the same search through different tools. It pools enough sources that it saves me time.

Meltwater Review from my point of view, I got a nice experience with Meltwater.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to know, what is people said around my brand and determine my audience interests, demographics, and the influencers who shared and interacted with my brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we talk about sentiment analysis in the Arabic language, it has a massive amount of wrong sentiment analysis, and they need to work on that to be more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps me to detect any buzz around my brand.
It sends me an alert about what is going on.
I can know about any crisis from the beginning to put me PR plan to solve it.

If you are working with Arabic speakers, you need to get the AI technology to get more accurate results.

The unlimited searches and also queries are pretty accurate.

The CSV export limits is 20,000 results.

Monitoring brands and accounts for social insights. It offered great value in that regard.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature of how you can have a quick presentation report and can personalize it from the color to the graphs etc

I wish they can add an option to translate the words directly since we are handling some clients from different countries.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting is fantastic, and the centralization for sending press releases is also vital for our PR team. The chat feature has been helpful, it includes articles and videos to help answer questions but will also go live if you don't find the answer you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The portal is robust, other than having more time to do the training, watch their instructional videos, etc. It is difficult to find a downside. Even the pricing was not an obstacle. We feel there is value and could justify the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small team and found it challenging to track all the news and social media mentions for our quarterly reports. The reporting feature has solved that problem for us. We also can reach more news outlets with our releases which has expanded our reach.

We researched other systems and found Meltwater to be the most cost-effective for our use. Do your research and see if you agree.
