What do you like best about the product?
The Meltwater Team are all super responsive and helpful whenever I have a query. The platform is easy to use and provides good insights. There are also valuable teaching resources that users can access for free.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Meltwater is that the AVE needs to be calculated to represent an accurate Rand value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps me keep an eye of our mentions in online & print media.

Ease of use , query building are relatively easy to do

Data sources are limited to Twitter, online news, blogs etc - Meta platforms are not covered at all

Easy and quick research for new business pitches and existing clients

Good tool with great ease of use, however, access to data sources will be a problem area

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater is the best platform for marketing and promotions of brands. This software has come up with the latest features which make them stand above all. Additionally, it offers integrated solutions for bringing something efficient. You will best analytical insights into your brands and this tool provides the premium coverage.
What do you dislike about the product?
This Meltwater software is quite pricey and doesn't provide free trials. Additionally, it shows some errors while regulating the analytics in Arabic. Moreover, it consumes time for loading Instagram uploads and other activities on various social platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is the easiest to use and understand for beginners. Thus, the simple and intuitive interface will provide an easy approach. Additionally, it also works with Boolean and solves all your doubts. It helps in boosting the insights and in pitching for new business. Hence, it is a well-rounded tool for all social platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Media coverage monitoring and the Explore tool are the most helpful for me. The customer support is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often, the website does not load properly on the first try. Also, certain sites don't appear on the Meltwater feed so I always have to do a Google search to supplement my coverage monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy place to monitor for media coverage. I use it every morning.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater has a unique suite of tools designed to provide a lens and real-time data for social and news mentions for our brand. We can set alerts, dashboards, and reports to stay updated on what's being mentioned about us and our competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
They use a custom language called Boolean to aggregate data and perform search queries. If you are not familiar with it, it can seem intimidating and does require some learning in order to use it successfully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater solves what's my share of voice on social, what are my customers saying about our products, the usage of hashtag campaigns, and reviewing media articles related to our brand. It benefits by providing a lens in one central location where information flows rather than in silos.

Meltwater is the most user friendly and intuitive Boolean query Twitter platform.

What do you like best about the product?
> Platform is user-friendly,
> The various ways that the platform filters content (top hashtags, etc.)
> Access to Twitter's firehose
> Exporting functions and sampling
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrate a network/link analysis functionality. This would separate the platform from other competitors. The tool already has all the data needed to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to Twitter's firehose, and the ability to easily query that data. We tried NUVI for some time, but that tool is inferior to Meltwater.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Purchase access to the tool if you need to query Twitter data. The ease of building out Boolean queries, and the useful filters allow you to easily analyze conversations. Our team has used multiple social media monitoring tools (Sprinklr and NUVI), and Meltwater is vastly superior to either of those tools. I highly recommend the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The degree of customization in Meltwater makes tracking media mentions very easy to tailor for our many needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
An area of improvement would be the text options in the media outreach. More fonts, different bullet types, etc...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of Meltwater's media intelligence, we have a reliable way of collecting media mentions. This helps us keep track of the impact of our work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall layout of the platform, it's very sleek and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, any request I have I reach out to our rep Antonia and she finds a solution quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to track a lot of individuals and gain insights on them. Klear allows me to group them all and stay up to pace.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater is easy to use, intuitive when creating queries, works with Boolean and other formats for defining your queries, and has a phenomenal support program with their account managers being on call every day and highly responsive. We also love and use their custom audience reports extensively for new biz pitches as well as insight development when working on high level strategies. All and all and phenomenal well rounded tool. Also reaches back way further when combing social data and performance analytics than other tools. The price is also far more accessible than many of their competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there's not much that we dislike. Currently there's some frustrations with measuring Instagram Reel performance on our owned social platform presences but otherwise it's truly a great tool/platform and their customer support is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a social listening tool for new business pitches to identify brand and audience insights, as well as social media performance reporting, and audience insight development to guide strategy work.
