Would recommend - great for reporting!
What do you like best about the product?
Great for reporting. I like that you can send briefs and keep everything in the platform. Overall, would recommend it. Customer reps are beneficial and quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have learned a lot of tricks for discovery - although I wish it would add new creators for each category section every quarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's amazing for reporting and pulling predictive numbers and ROI to clients.
Entry Level Tool - Not for Large Agencies
What do you like best about the product?
The unlimited searches and reports for discovery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Response time to resolve issues is too long for our client's needs and requests. There have been multiple teething issues with social platform connections throughout the year. The lack of report customisation means we re-do the reports in our format. The road map to development is not as vast as other platforms, and Klear's CRM system is not as easily useable as initially described when we were sold the tool. In addition, the inability to apply multiple filters in the discovery results in it being more time-consuming than necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an influencer tool to help with our client's requests and it offered the ability to research and identify potential influencers/ambassadors across a range of platforms and topics.
I use KLEAR almost every day and the platform is my go choice
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to search the influencers by key words and being able to segment them even more by adding mentions of other content they have spoken about
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant open up different influencer categories in a new tab by right-clicking this feature will make my life so much easier

Trying to find new and up-coming influencers to meet our ever changing budgets
Great tool for many things
What do you like best about the product?
When we analyze influencers, we use Klear to see how many points the person gets. This is very valuable. After the analysis, we ask the influencer to join Klear to understand her better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside for us that work mostly with micro-influencers, is that they are not Klear registered and don´t understand the value of it. The process of giving one's details is challenging for most micro-influencers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear solves a couple of problems. The value of the influencer and the reporting is often challenging. Customers have been satisfied with the detailed reports.
The platform is solid but the payment terms when it comes to influencers is a bit not relevant

In my business as dealing with influencers, klear helps me get to know them and gives me an estimated payment

Klear has a great interface, simple insights and good customer support

It has a tendency to be glitchy and some of the updates havnt kept up with what competitors are offering e.g. TikTok audience insights, or IG Story tracking without permissions

Klear has primarily helped us Identify and analyse influencers for our campaigns. Occasionally it helps us measure.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it empowers its users with the convenience it provides via its features.

I hope there would be a greater amount of influencer per search

A great platform for influencer management
What do you like best about the product?
I've worked in social media management for three years, and Klear is an excellent tool for anyone planning or managing large-scale campaigns. I like that it is easy to get critical insights such as demographic, location, age groups, brand affinity and engagement rates across all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope they can improve their Klear Connect feature, as most influencers I work with prefer not to sign up to Klear and authenticate their business account due to privacy issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a social media marketer in an agency, Klear is helping to solve the tedious task of manually searching for the right KOL to work with and compiling all their stats to send to the client for approval. I can easily set up campaigns and download all the data I need into a PDF for reporting, which saves so much time!
Influencer Marketing Must-Have
What do you like best about the product?
Klear is great for influencer vetting and campaign reporting. Being able to cut down on time spent manually reporting metrics is huge!

Klear should offer editable reporting on-platform.

Klear is solving being able to see the demographics of an influencer's audience.
