Very powerful systems and always innovating
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is extremely powerful in its capabilities and vision. It is able to blend it’s immense power and capability with an intuitive learner experience (which we realize is very difficult to do). We love how we a customer success manager to go to for questions, to follow up on support tickets for us, and to meet with monthly. The chat support is also AMAZING.
What do you dislike about the product?
Long setup and implementation process, but was worth it for the customization available in the system. An implementation specialist was there to help us along the way and she was awesome! There are a few minor details that don’t work how we’d like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to track training and provide employees with a way to be proactive in their learning experiences. We are able to house our content in a place that is available to our learner where and when they need it. We are enabling our sales team to attend product training and watch it online after the fact. This is improving efficiency as trainers don’t need to train multiple times and also allowing users who can’t attend to still benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a powerful system, but requires a lot of setup. It is well worth it and their future looks bright! They are driven by market trends, innovation, and customer feedback. We just launched a couple months ago and are looking forward to utilizing the rest of its capabilities in the coming months.
Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is fantastic. Easy to navigate for both administrators and end users. Love that it has SSO, integrates with Zoom and LinkedIn Learning, and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we had the ability as administrators to see what the learner sees but I understand this feature is coming soon.

Amazing LMS
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is a fantastic LMS with seamless integration and able to meet most of our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the admin functions are not intuitive and the mobile learning isn't where we need it to be...yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to meet both our internal and external training needs.

the flexibility and overall design of the platform are very user friendly and easy to work with

there are certain admin things that have made our lives challenging. Namely the inability to register for multiple sessions of the same event and the restrictions with notifications & reporting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are making a lot of our internal groups more visible and structured through pages, catalogs, and channels. We have seen a benefit by unlocking external content integration with LinkedIn Learning
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are interested in user experience i would highly recommend Docebo. Content creation is also extremely easy however, you do lose some admin capabilities and some of the shortcomings can be frustrating. We went with Docebo because we agree with their vision and believe that eventually the other capabilities will come around and everything will work
Great LMS for a variety of learning types
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, my company selected Docebo because of the intuitive interface. We are new to having an LMS and it has been a great place to start.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few specific things that we would like to see added. For example, in eCommerce an early bird pricing option would be great. The reports are good but have room for improvement. The notifications are a bit limited but that area is improving soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo has helped us create a central location for all training/ learning across the globe. It has helped us have one tool to use for multiple languages and currencies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend attending the Docebo Inspire user conference. It has been the best place to chat with others that have succeeded with the tool.
An evolving company and platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has been a great partner over the last year since we implemented the product. Although there have been many challenges and difficulties in us adapting to their system, the entire team has been very responsive and eager to help us achieve success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel “clunky”. While visually it looks great, there are aspects as an admin that can be streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to customize the training experience for both our internal and external customers using their multi domain functionality.
Docebo is inspiring
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is very easy to customize and rollout. My experience with the system is limited to only four months but as we all know resources are always limited and the painless creation was refreshing.
What do you dislike about the product?
For small to mid-sized companies there is no option between 300 and 500 users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a rapidly growing company and need an LMS which can keep up with our growth. Docebo is doing that for us.

What do you like best about the product?
At Thomson Reuters we use Docebo for both our internal and external LMS platform. It is very user friendly and all capabilities we use you are perfect for our organization needs..
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we dislike but we would like to enhance our experience around AI and salesforce integration

Migration on this LMS platform. Bulk upload and other easy migration tools helps us to migrate our customers to our Learning platform

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with GoToMeeting & GoToWebinar is great and gives instructors automated attendance reporting. Also, the ability to add CSS and HTML code has allowed us to build interactive and custom pages for each audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is lacking in both basics and advanced information. Some admin pages don't have search or sorting functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offering training to a larger audience. We have seen exponential growth in user and trainer interaction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Play in the sandbox and test out CSS and HTML coding. You will find new ways to customize your pages this way.
