Highly Flexible LMS with Smooth Integration

  • November 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Docebo offers a highly adaptive platform for our training needs. Its functionality is versatile and can be quickly configured to meet shifting processes or emerging training requirements, which is crucial for an LMS. Almost every module in Docebo is adaptable to different business needs, ensuring that it remains essential to our learning management system. I particularly value the channels feature as it supports continuous learning and content discovery, allowing for the creation of curated learning paths tailored to specific topics or audiences. This feature is a key component I rely on, as it facilitates access to a variety of learning materials such as videos, documents, microlearning, and user-generated content. It effectively nurtures a culture of self-directed learning, extending beyond merely mandated courses. Moreover, Docebo centralizes all our employee training, communication, and development efforts, enhancing our ability to deliver onboarding, mandatory compliance modules, and continuous upskilling. Managing all our learning needs within one ecosystem has improved consistency, accessibility, and engagement across the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that could be improved in Docebo is the customization of visits and pages. Currently, making advanced effect or layout changes necessitates using custom HTML, which can be a limitation for those not comfortable with coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo centralizes our training, communication, and development, offering an adaptable platform for evolving training needs and enhancing accessibility and engagement across our organization. It supports continuous learning by providing access to curated content, allowing us to manage learning in one cohesive ecosystem.

Reliable Platform for High-Volume, High-Complexity Training Needs

  • November 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Managing highly technical training across such a massive global workforce used to be a logistical headache, but this platform has genuinely simplified it. We handle extremely detailed product specifications, engineering documentation, and frequent product updates—and everything is organized cleanly. The multi-language support has been a huge win for us. Whether it's our teams in Asia, Europe, or the Americas, everyone accesses the same high-quality content without language barriers or formatting issues. It’s also incredibly fast and reliable, even with thousands of people logging in during new product rollouts.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest frustration is the pricing model. The base subscription seemed reasonable at first, but once we added the features we actually needed—advanced analytics, AI recommendations, and specialized reporting—the cost went up more than expected. For large-scale organizations like ours, it’s important to have clearer upfront pricing for enterprise-level features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform has become the backbone of our technical training ecosystem. Before this, training our engineers and global sales teams took weeks, and keeping everyone aligned during major product launches was a constant challenge. Now, we can deploy new training instantly, track competency in real time, and ensure every team—no matter the country or department—is up to speed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are multiple training sessions recently curated for AI related courses, within our team. To refine them and make them accessible to the user base, manage the learning content well, Docebo had played a significant role in refining the learning process.

Versatile Platform with Excellent Support and Customization

  • November 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Docebo's help desk and how-to articles, which are invaluable for problem-solving without needing to submit a support ticket. This feature is particularly beneficial because I am the only administrator on my team responsible for the platform, and I can easily forget how to perform specific tasks such as setting up auto enrollments or contests. The extensive library of resources allows me to quickly refresh my knowledge and continue working efficiently. Additionally, I like Docebo's flexible pricing model, where we pay by the monthly user. This is ideal for our organization, as some users are only on the platform for a short term, allowing us to manage costs effectively. These features, combined with the excellent support from the onboarding specialist during the initial setup—despite the overall complexity—make Docebo a robust solution for our customer education and internal training needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the ILT sessions a bit clunky, as there are multiple layers like the course, session, and event, which often are not needed. This structure tends to involve more steps than necessary, making the setup process more cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Docebo for customer education and internal training, leveraging its certification paths and manager functions. The help desk and how-to articles enhance my efficiency, and flexibility in user pricing accommodates short-term users.

Exceptional LMS with Amazing Support

  • November 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I am highly impressed with Docebo's exceptional customer service, which I describe as 'out of this world amazing.' The support offered through technical issue tickets, live chats, and AI integration provides our administrators with the necessary technical skills to efficiently manage the Learning Management System (LMS). I also value Docebo's commitment to innovation, as reflected in their upgrades and future-focused approach to e-learning solutions. The introduction of an AI bot that facilitates effortless course searches for our learners is particularly noteworthy. Additionally, I enjoy the seamless integration of Docebo with other tools we use, such as MS Teams for virtual instructor-led training (vILT) sessions, and software like Camtasia and the Articulate Suite for creating eLearning content. Together, these tools work fantastically and support our learning objectives effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of retraining without certifications in Docebo to be problematic. As a manufacturing company, it's crucial for us to comply with industry standards and government regulations. While it's beneficial if courses can provide certifications, frequently they cannot, which makes assigning courses for retraining time-consuming, with a high risk of missing steps. Although they have indicated improvements are in progress, this issue currently presents a significant challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Docebo as a centralized repository for all our eLearning, vILT, and ILT courses, allowing easy learner access for employees and customers. Its excellent customer service and AI bot enhance efficient LMS management and facilitate effortless course searching.

Customizable and Efficient, but Needs Refinement

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Docebo's high level of customizability, which allows us to tailor the user interface to reflect our company branding, using HTML and CSS, making it feel like an integrated part of our internal ecosystem rather than a separate tool. The API and bulk CSV features are invaluable in scaling our operations by automating user import, enrollment, and data synchronization without relying on manual processes. Additionally, the notification engine stands out to me as a particularly useful feature. It effectively keeps learners informed and ensures compliance across the organization by sending automatic updates regarding deadlines, enrollment reminders, completion status, and upcoming sessions. This feature has significantly driven higher course completion rates without the need for manual follow-ups. The ease of initial setup was also noteworthy, making the whole process smooth from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that the instructor-led training tools in Docebo still need refinement. There are limitations in how session automation, instructor permissions, calendar formatting, and dynamic group sync operate, and these create a lot of unnecessary manual work. Enhancing flexibility in these areas would significantly improve both the admin and learner experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Docebo to customize our LMS to match our branding and streamline global training. It centralizes enrollment, automates administrative tasks, and enhances compliance with notifications, improving efficiency and course completion.

A solid LMS that keeps our training on track

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I keep coming back to is how grounding it feels to have all our SOPs and training paths in one place. At Adbuffs, things move fast. New media buyers join, platforms change their rules, we run experiments nonstop, and it’s easy for small details to slip if you’re not careful. Docebo gives me a sense of “okay, at least the fundamentals are covered.”
When someone new joins the team, I can send them straight into a training path and know they’ll get the exact workflow we actually use. Not the version in my head or in a random Google Doc. The real one. And I appreciate being able to update those modules without rebuilding everything from scratch. The automation helps too. Once it’s set, it quietly assigns whatever people need based on their role or team, which takes a load off my plate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are moments when the platform feels like it’s hiding secret switches behind the walls. You think you’ve configured something correctly, and then you realize one tiny setting is off and the whole path behaves differently. It’s not that the system is bad, it’s just… picky. And it takes time to really understand how each piece impacts the rest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, Docebo is like the quiet backbone of how we keep people aligned. Paid media work is full of nuance, and having a place where we can train people on those nuances without repeating ourselves ten times a week is a relief. Every time we refine a process or build a better breakdown for a type of ad account, we can turn it into something the whole team can actually absorb.
It’s helped us speed up onboarding, especially when someone’s coming in fresh to performance marketing. Instead of pulling senior people away from client work, we let the platform handle the fundamentals. Then the one-on-one conversations can go deeper, more strategic, which feels better for everyone. It’s also useful for client education, especially when we want them to understand how we think about creative or scaling so the relationship becomes smoother.

Docebo - All-in-One training platform for growing organisations

  • November 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo helps in large scale training and the best part of is , it's is AI powered automation tool. The analytics are so perfect that it recommend the courses, enroll users and shows the clear insights of what the users are learning, where people are struck and how the training impacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docebo can feel quite complex when setting up for small teams which requires basic training tools. The price is little high compared to the others which might not suit for small organisations. The response time shows a small lag which frustrates the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solves the problem of scattered or unorganised training by putting everything in one place. It tracks my progress automatically and recommends the next best courses. This makes the trainings smoother and convinient.

Flexible, Customizable, and Reliable—A Huge Time Saver

  • November 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how flexible and customizable this system is. It allows us to create unique home pages tailored to each team, ensuring that the training always feels relevant to everyone. The automation rules have been a tremendous time saver for me after setting them up, new hires are automatically enrolled in the courses they need for their specific roles. The platform is also very stable and manages all our users without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest concern is with the reporting features. They are not intuitive, and I often have to generate multiple reports just to find a basic answer. After that, I end up combining the data manually in Excel, which adds unnecessary time and effort. The system isn't very user-friendly in this regard. Additionally, the initial setup process was quite complex. We needed to bring in a consultant to get everything working correctly, which resulted in additional costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform allows us to manage training for all our employees in a single, reliable location, even though our team is distributed. It ensures that everyone receives the necessary training promptly through automation. As a result, our onboarding process is much faster, and we remain compliant without spending hours on manual administrative tasks.

I find Docebo very intricate and confusing to navigate, which can be frustrating. The detailed nature of the platform means that missing a step can impact the entire process. Additionally, working with branches is quite challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo structures our training process, allowing employees to follow and be tested, while managers track progress and stats effectively.
