What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely appreciate Docebo's user-friendly platform which is tailored for both learners and administrators. The ease with which I can upload courses and track progress significantly simplifies our workflow. AI tools integrated into the platform are invaluable, as they intelligently recommend the right training to users, ensuring that learning is targeted and efficient. The centralized nature of Docebo means we no longer need multiple platforms for different training needs, which streamlines our operations immensely. Additionally, the modern, clean UX and interface enhance the overall experience, making navigation seamless and aesthetically pleasing. I also find the compliance training notifications particularly useful, as the system keeps me informed about deadlines via email or dashboard notifications, ensuring nothing is missed. Finally, the initial setup of Docebo might have been a learning curve, but post-setup, managing and using the platform is smooth and trouble-free, making it a one-time investment in convenience and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
My experience has been truly extraordinary. The interface is both clear and highly customizable, making it easy to navigate. With its wide range of features, you can accomplish almost anything, which gives administrators excellent visibility. I am able to publish and manage content seamlessly, and overall, it has been an outstanding experience for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has met all needs, I can't think of a single downside. Honestly, I haven't found any negative aspects to the platform yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform has been a tremendous help in enhancing our learning product. I am particularly impressed by its innovative ideas portal, which has brought fresh perspectives to our development process. We are extremely grateful for the platform's contribution and truly appreciate its effectiveness in ensuring training completion.
A great LMS that you can start using immediately with no hassle
What do you like best about the product?
I like mainly the very clean UI and no need to.invest time to learn the platform. Also the use of AI suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit higher than expected pricing and the availability of add-ons that are not clear from the start.unless you do good research.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Long onboarding time was a hassle, now the basics can be delivered in a centralised platform for newly onboarded employees. Also the inability to get employees to learn new software easily with much enhanced as learning is being better managed and they are better motivated.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used multiple hosting services for my LMS website but Docebo have very premium services to provide full secure infrastructure to manage our all LMS related need and requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their integration and support always gives very reliable and hassle free services that make them number one platform in the learning management system provider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Decebo we have used their services to manage our e-learning content and all other features like video streaming and citification management gives a very proper and secure infra where no one can hack our data and make any security breaches.

I particularly value the channels feature as it supports continuous learning and content discovery, allowing for the creation of curated learning paths tailored to specific topics or audiences. This feature is a key component I rely on, as it facilitates access to a variety of learning materials such as videos, documents, microlearning, and user-generated content. It effectively nurtures a culture of self-directed learning, extending beyond merely mandated courses. Moreover, Docebo centralizes all our employee training, communication, and development efforts, enhancing our ability to deliver onboarding, mandatory compliance modules, and continuous upskilling. One aspect that could be improved in Docebo is the customization of visits and pages. Currently, making advanced effect or layout changes necessitates using custom HTML, which can be a limitation for those not comfortable with coding.

Managing highly technical training across such a massive global workforce used to be a logistical headache, but this platform has genuinely simplified it. We handle extremely detailed product specifications, engineering documentation, and frequent product updates—and everything is organized cleanly. The multi-language support has been a huge win for us. Whether it's our teams in Asia, Europe, or the Americas, everyone accesses the same high-quality content without language barriers or formatting issues. It’s also incredibly fast and reliable, even with thousands of people logging in during new product rollouts.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest frustration is the pricing model. The base subscription seemed reasonable at first, but once we added the features we actually needed—advanced analytics, AI recommendations, and specialized reporting—the cost went up more than expected. For large-scale organizations like ours, it’s important to have clearer upfront pricing for enterprise-level features.

Before this, training our engineers and global sales teams took weeks, and keeping everyone aligned during major product launches was a constant challenge. Now, we can deploy new training instantly, track competency in real time, and ensure every team—no matter the country or department—is up to speed.

Initial Set Up will require a tad one-time effort. It is a little time consuming for someone who is new to it.

There are multiple training sessions recently curated for AI related courses, within our team. To refine them and make them accessible to the user base, manage the learning content well, Docebo had played a significant role in refining the learning process.

I appreciate Docebo's help desk and how-to articles, which are invaluable for problem-solving without needing to submit a support ticket. This feature is particularly beneficial because I am the only administrator on my team responsible for the platform, and I can easily forget how to perform specific tasks such as setting up auto enrollments or contests. The extensive library of resources allows me to quickly refresh my knowledge and continue working efficiently. Additionally, I like Docebo's flexible pricing model, where we pay by the monthly user. This is ideal for our organization, as some users are only on the platform for a short term, allowing us to manage costs effectively. These features, combined with the excellent support from the onboarding specialist during the initial setup—despite the overall complexity—make Docebo a robust solution for our customer education and internal training needs.

I find the ILT sessions a bit clunky, as there are multiple layers like the course, session, and event, which often are not needed. This structure tends to involve more steps than necessary, making the setup process more cumbersome.

I use Docebo for customer education and internal training, leveraging its certification paths and manager functions. The help desk and how-to articles enhance my efficiency, and flexibility in user pricing accommodates short-term users.

What do you like best about the product?
I am highly impressed with Docebo's exceptional customer service, which I describe as 'out of this world amazing.' The support offered through technical issue tickets, live chats, and AI integration provides our administrators with the necessary technical skills to efficiently manage the Learning Management System (LMS). I also value Docebo's commitment to innovation, as reflected in their upgrades and future-focused approach to e-learning solutions. The introduction of an AI bot that facilitates effortless course searches for our learners is particularly noteworthy. Additionally, I enjoy the seamless integration of Docebo with other tools we use, such as MS Teams for virtual instructor-led training (vILT) sessions, and software like Camtasia and the Articulate Suite for creating eLearning content. Together, these tools work fantastically and support our learning objectives effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of retraining without certifications in Docebo to be problematic. As a manufacturing company, it's crucial for us to comply with industry standards and government regulations. While it's beneficial if courses can provide certifications, frequently they cannot, which makes assigning courses for retraining time-consuming, with a high risk of missing steps. Although they have indicated improvements are in progress, this issue currently presents a significant challenge.

We use Docebo as a centralized repository for all our eLearning, vILT, and ILT courses, allowing easy learner access for employees and customers. Its excellent customer service and AI bot enhance efficient LMS management and facilitate effortless course searching.
