Easy set-up and feature rich

What do you like best about the product?
We set ours up in a short time. The learning curve was minimal, and the Help Desk continues to be very quick with helpful responses. Best of all, everything is visual, rather than working in complicated programing to achieve results. Docebo support is very good and my CXM Christina Streetman is tremendous!
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is still growing, so there are inconsistencies in the functionality, i.e., some menus are clickable while others aren't but should be. I'd like more customization without having to code a brand new page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to guide specific groups to specific learning plans easily, resulting in increased customer satisfaction. The unified look and functionality is more friendly and professional than previous systems, which has generated positive feedback internally and additional interest in our services. We've moved away from several other services to consolidate on this platform, resulting in cost-savings and more reporting ease.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No system is perfect—I've worked on at least five different types in my career thus far—and this has been the easiest to implement and get users acclimated to with minimal training. As an Admin, I'm confident in the system performance and accomplish tasks with reasonable effort and predictable time frames. The platform is feature-rich even without all the add-ons. The customer service is very high, and the HelpDesk is quick and easy to understand. The more we use it, we keep finding more ways to expand our reach to customers and increase their satisfaction, which has been our goal in implementing this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a big fan of their customer service/support/help desk team. Wheneverin doubt I know I can count on Docebo to explain the inner workings of the platform to better help me understand how to use the system to my advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some components that still need some work. The notifications and central repository could be a little more user-friendly. If notifications were built right into a course that would be helpful, or set up in a calendar type format to better visualize timelines. We'd love it if the central repository's scroll functionality was a little easier to navigate when organizing courses. As well as the ability to create recertification classes with fresh data for the following year all while keeping last years data too. I know these projects take time and energy and their current state is functional, so this isn't a bad review just some suggestions to make many of our lives more functional on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ILT has solved issues for us with in-person and online sessions.

Fundamental Functionality of Core Platform Isn't There

What do you like best about the product?
The tech support Docebo offers, particularly by chat, is phenomenal. The response time is excellent and their ability to view what is in your platform with specific examples to help solution is very beneficial. Most of my questions are answered without ever moving on to tier 2 support or submitting a formal ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
The core lms platform is missing key features. Things like archiving courses or moving them into a maintenance mode that isn't visible to users aren't available. Notifications cannot be tested (you have to wait for their conditions to be met to see what the live notification looks like). Courses within learning plans cannot be organized into sections or topics, nor can learning plans be nested. There's no way to preserve history for multiple completions. There's not a function for a proctor code for exams. These are all functions that not only would I expect in an enterprise solution, but they are also functions that are available from Docebo's competitors. When bringing many of these features/needs up either in the suggestion portal or in the community, they are largely dismissed or ignored all together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is great for sharing learning with both internal and external users. It allows us to share content easily across user groups while maintaining separate reporting through the user branch structure. The capabilities around custom layouts, gamification, sharing badges on LinkedIn, etc are nice added benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest advantage is that Docebo is a user-friendly platform, and it provides the possibility of having a sort of "library" of content (especially training) that can be customized ad hoc for the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it is not possible to organize the courses and that at the management level there are some functions that are not very straightforward or logical (I'm thinking about notifications - for example, you have to activate them first and then enroll in the course)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing remote training for a lot of people - especially new hires, and this gives us a great advantage because we are not forced to do live training. Secondly, the fact that the pages, courses, and notifications can be customized based on the country we are referring to is very useful when we have to send mandatory courses, and in this way, we can send them to everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
This product has been able to channel all important knowledge plans into our company for the benefit of each department. I was able to advance my administrative skills after engaging on several lessons from Docebo. It is able to translate content into most favorite languages that one can use comfortably.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning from Docebo has not developed any challenge from my experience. I have always acquired skills from different lessons without any challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main challenge we have solved is being able to learn from anytime and anywhere conveniently. This platform offers most advanced programs that favor our job timeline and I can take classes the time I am available. It has enabled me to learn additional skills at an affordable cost on my career path.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My E-learning program have been successful with great help from Docebo. It has great support team that is always available to offer any assistance and it is easy to learn how it works.

What do you like best about the product?
-The solution has the best integration capabilities with various tools like Adobe Connect, GoToMeetings and other packages.

-Docebo is a course-authoring and effective learning system.

-Cost management and time-saving capabilities are nice.

-Easy interface customizing and progress tracking software.
What do you dislike about the product?
-None for Docebo functions. To me the learning was easy and the learning experienced through Docebo is more efficient and the content offered are reliable and beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Process costs management, very helpful content building system and the best certification platform, and the Micro-learning experience is excellent and effective.

-Learning tool and extremely powerful content creation solution which has the ability to track certificates easily and various learning progress and the online course management product.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo learning via Cloud and the assignment functions are major important points which i like most. The integration with various solutions is effective, easy the certificate tracking option is good.
Docebo offers amazing content learning to the users via various learning channels, allowing easy home page adjustment and the help that they provide from the technical team is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Never face any issue or performance problems on my Docebo usage experience, and i had a very easy tool implementation process on the first time to use the platform.

Powerful Learning Solution

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation when it comes to what pages the users are going to see once they are done with the onboarding. Love the idea that we can design pages for each department based on their learning plans and structure. Like the branches/groups feature to organize our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting and dashboard were more user-friendly and provides more insights about the user's completion, progress, and learning patterns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have recently created a page for one of our customers both for their students and teachers to use Docebo as one of their LMS. This is our goal for the rest of our customers to enable them to access our library of content and to design a learning experience fit for their needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Its modular concept towards achieving tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a readily available dashboard for managers to see their direct reports (employees).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use of channels for informal learning, which empowers the managers to drive learning in their own way, in their own region, is one of the problems Docebo solves for me.
