It actually works as intended which is a very pleasant surprise
What do you like best about the product?
While checking out the automation options while eating a cold sandwich I saw it hadn’t broken which I thought was great. Honestly the only time I look at my training deadlines is because of the slack integration. I like how easy it is to create “tracks” and assign content without being an engineer, the compliance stuff is assigned automatically and I don’t need to even think about it. I really did expect the Salesforce link to be a nightmare, but surprisingly it does load the data correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as the mobile app goes, its awful, so please use a computer. The one feature that gets under my skin is if you’re doing a course and you get distracted it will not always save your place, you have to manually log out to make it save? So dumb, I’ve lost track of what I’m doing twice. Stop sending me assignment reminders that were completed last week, it feels like this is buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the most part we utilize Docebo for our security awareness training. This allows us to keep our field engineers current on the robotics model updates and I no longer have to send pdfs everywhere. In short it eliminates the constant reminders I had to provide to get them to complete their onboarding and I also appreciate that the reports allow me to see who is lagging behind.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo’s structured learning paths and automated enrollment are extremely helpful for keeping our lending teams aligned on required training. I like how easy it is to assign compliance modules to different departments and track completion without manually following up. The platform is intuitive, so even new hires adapt quickly. The reporting dashboard gives me a clean overview of who is behind on training and where we may need additional coaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the deeper reporting features feel a bit limited when trying to create custom compliance audit reports. I sometimes need to export data into spreadsheets to get the level of detail required for regulatory audits. The mobile experience also works but could be smoother for employees who prefer completing modules on their phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo helps us maintain consistent training standards across both retail and commercial lending operations. It ensures every processor and loan officer completes required compliance content on time, reducing the risk of errors and documentation issues. Turnaround times have improved because staff are better trained and more aligned on updated processes. The LMS also gives us a reliable record for internal and external audits, removing the stress of manual tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive user interface of Docebo; it's clean and easy to navigate, making it easy for both users and administrators to learn quickly. The AI-powered personalization is impressive as it recommends relevant courses and tailors them according to users' needs. The robust integration capabilities are fantastic because it can connect with CRM and HR management tools, ensuring smooth workflows. Additionally, I appreciate the social learning features and the mobile learning experience that Docebo provides. The reporting and analytics features are also strong aspects of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the interface is clean and easy to navigate, sometimes it feels restrictive when trying to fully align branding and customize layouts. Features like AI recommendations and automations can be powerful but often require significant setup and technical know-how to. Costs can escalate quickly, price tiering is not clear upfront.

I use Docebo to centralize learning resources, ensuring consistent delivery to employees and for tracking course completion and certifications with analytics.
Exceptional Customization with Seamless Transition
What do you like best about the product?
I like the branding and white label customization suite. It's most helpful for me as it allows us to create a visually branded learning portal with custom logos, color layout, and domain. This helps learners feel like they're inside the company's own training ecosystem, not a generic LMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
The authoring tool is still quite basic for an organization that needs advanced interactive course creation inside the LMS. It can feel a little bit limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo solves our problem of low engagement and poor integration that we had with our previous LMS.
Outstanding UI Makes Docebo a Joy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The UI of of Docebo is is modern, clean, and minimal so it is very easy to use. And Implementation is well-supported by Docebo's project team, making the process structured. And Also Integrations with business systems HRIS, CRM like Salesforce, virtual classrooms like Zoom/Teams are seamless and readily available. Docebo is incredibly feature-rich and scalable.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the Docebo admin backend can be complex and clunky, with a steep learning curve for advanced configurations. And custom roles and deep configuration, can be time-consuming. Also Customer Support takes time to respond on the technical queries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Docebo fundamentally solves the problem of delivering scalable, personalized, and measurable learning to a diverse and rapidly changing enterprise audience. And Docebo's AI and automation features like automated course assignments, certification renewal reminders, and content tagging significantly reduce the administrative burden. This benefits me by freeing up my team's time from repetitive tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the gamification tool in Docebo. It's the best tool for me as it allows me to introduce badges, points, leaderboards, and rewards, which makes learning more motivating and interactive and helps with learner engagement. Another thing I appreciate is the customization options available in Docebo, which are quite valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing notifications can get a little bit difficult for me. Although Docebo's system is flexible, when I have several learning plans and courses, receiving multiple notifications at once can be clumsy and hard to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Docebo paint builder the most. It is really useful for me because it lets me customize the dashboard, create clean layouts, and use drag and drop components. This feature simply helps me a lot.

The notification system becomes difficult to manage once multiple notifications are configured. Although the system is flexible, tracking each one can get overwhelming.

What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate Docebo for the diversity it offers in terms of layout and platform customization. The quality of support is another major asset for me; the Docebo teams are very responsive, and the responses they provide to tickets are always clear and effective. The integration of artificial intelligence is a real plus that enhances the user experience, particularly thanks to the Harmony function which simplifies administration. This AI allows learners to get answers to their questions, find relevant content easily, and receive tailored suggestions. Moreover, on the administrative side, it facilitates navigation by redirecting to the appropriate sections of the menu and providing useful information for the daily management of the LMS platform. Finally, Docebo's flexibility to add pages, groups, or menus according to specific needs makes it a very adaptable solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the link between direct manager (power user) and user to be created automatically upon integration. It would also be useful to easily differentiate training cohorts to provide simple and effective tracking for trainers. Finally, an improvement in tracking widgets would offer better readability and facilitate the analysis of progressions, and the addition of extra widgets would be a plus. An improvement in the design customization of the interface for mobiles could also be enhanced.

Docebo mainly solves my problems related to the platform's display, understanding certain features, and using elements that I couldn't find or configure. The support helps me quickly overcome these difficulties.

Additionally, I really appreciate the integration features, particularly the integration and automation hub.

The platform can feel a bit overwhelming for new users due to the many features and configuration options available, resulting in a steep learning curve initially. It takes some time to understand how each module works, which can be daunting for newcomers. Additionally, the setup process was difficult at first because of the numerous features Docebo provides, requiring time to understand each aspect.

I use Docebo to automate user enrollment, deliver structured learning paths, and manage training. It solves the challenge of manually assigning courses by automating enrollment based on user categories.
