The speakers were wonderful.
What do you like best about the product?
Jamie Casap was a great way to open the conference! He was inspirational and so interesting to hear about his experiences and his way of thinking. He really gave me a new way of thinking of how we all have our strengths and how we focus on them
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the hardest part was the expo. It was great to poke around in the vendors areas but there is nothing like being in person to watch a demo of products that matter to your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eLearning management for our internal staff and for our clients! We are still in our toddler stage of the LMS and I finally have a dedicated resource on my team that focuses on developing our LMS to the full potential for our clients
Easy to use LMS - right from the box
What do you like best about the product?
graphic integration, easy to use assignment profiles, effortless gameifcation, many ways to customize landing pages for different users depending on learning needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is there an easier way to generate reports of user learning and / or satisfaction? More graphic options would be nice for a more customized user experience and look depending on role. I'm thinking like - more options for image sizes for use as buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an easy way to assign learning, provide an engaging learning library, reward users for completing training, and target specific users for learning tracks - still looking for an option for progress reports.
Intuitive design for participants with a few areas for growth
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has an aesthetically satisfying design and a pretty intuitive frontend design for participants. The ability to integrate multiple domains into Docebo also allows for ease of accessibility for participants as well as on the backend of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small areas could use some improvement - for instance, the reporting tools are not very intuitive and have an extensive range to choose from, not all of which are clear as to what they mean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is helping my organization reach a much broader audience and allows for us to integrate our platforms seamlessly.
I will forever tell my employers to use Docebo.
What do you like best about the product?
Creating courses and hosting content is easy, can be done quickly, and still creates a robust learning experience.
Docebo University and the community make an already easy-to-use product even easier by giving an abundance of learning resources.

What do you dislike about the product?
Many page layouts depend more on knowing HTML and hosting HTML as opposed to creating natively in the platform.
This could be better by including more page features in the Learn platform or to add features to the page editor tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dobeco is providing a platform to host e-learning and ILT sessions and track learner completion and engagement in ways we were unable to do before.
We focus on external client training. We can measure and report on learning completion and provide this information to clients and to internal management.

Best in breed LMS with up and coming LXP functionality
What do you like best about the product?
At my organization, we love the freedom we get with Docebo to customize our platform and make it whatever we want it to be. We also find the Discover, Coach, and Share product highly innovative, allowing us to connect learners around shared interests and build a learning community. This social engagement is a big part of the future of learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish some elements were a little bit more baked from a product perspective, but Docebo is working hard to make updates and improve their product. We've already seen changes that have improved the experience for our users. For example, how timezones are displayed on the platform. Having a global employee base, we must use globally inclusive platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is helping us provide an equal experience for the learners of our organization. This was really important to us as we worked on rebooting our learning strategy with a remote-first approach. We needed technology that could support the evolving needs of our organization.
Best Onboarding Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciated the hand-holding during the onboarding process. Every week was planned out and curated to our needs and concerns. Our implementation contact was always there for us and made sure we never felt alone.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it was daunting to think of the entire onboarding process and how long it would take. I wish I had seen the timeline before signing so that it wasn't so concerning.

Review of Docebo
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience seems to be the best on the market for LMSs. I have worked with Docebo, Cornerstone, Workday, and several other LMSs and Docebo definitely has the best UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transition from buying Docebo to getting started with implementation was a bit rocky. It had a slower ramp up than we wanted due to Docebo overselling their product. I guess when you have the best LMS, it's easy to get carried away selling it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is giving us our first centralized learning location and place to store learning materials. It is the first on demand learning platform we will have for our audience, aside from Sharepoint.
Great.
What do you like best about the product?
The look and feel. Love the color scheme and the general branding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation could use improvement. I personally do not like the bread crumbs

What do you dislike about the product?
Outlook calendar sync option not working without Outlook Connector integration for ILTs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual training world, best learner experience, video coaching
Although the backend interface can be clunky at times, overall an efficient LMS
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for Google SSO login makes it easier for staff to login without a new password or username. From an Admin standpoint, it is easy to create new courses, ILTs and Elearning.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, when creating ILT courses, it can get clunky when creating events and sessions. Having to click through multiple hyperlinks to just change a date or time is not as efficicant. Also, there needs to be CSV uploads to Learning Plans
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Docebo, we had an issue with tracking training progression. The reporting feature within Docebo makes it easy to provide managers/supervisors with the data they need on training progression
