What do you like best about the product?
I like the mobile learning app and the anytime access it provides. It allows me to access training on the go and complete courses at my own pace, staying engaged without being tied down.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some areas need improvement, particularly in reporting and the team view for management, as well as stronger native verification for e-commerce integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Docebo to standardize training for employees and customers, delivering large asynchronous learning programs. It helps scale training without increasing instructor workload or costs. The mobile app offers anytime access, allowing training on the go and engagement without being tied down.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Docebo allows me to quickly monitor completion, which is especially valuable when managing multiple departments with different training requirements. It's a helpful tool to ensure everything is on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of the platform feel a bit slow and a few modules still look like old legacy. A fully unified UI across all areas would be a major improvement. Setup experience was quite difficult for us. It took us too long to set it up.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the page builder or design page tool in Docebo, which is the most useful for me. It lets me customize the dashboard, create clean layouts, add wizards, and design an intuitive learning journey with a drag and drop component. I like the drag and drop feature as it simplifies the experience for each audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the notification system difficult to manage when there are multiple notifications coming regularly, which becomes an issue.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the 'Discover, Coach, and Share' feature of Docebo mostly useful. It enables pure learning by allowing learners to discover content, share knowledge, and learn from each other. When combined with channels and a learning plan, it helps create highly engaging learning journeys that go beyond traditional top-down training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making quick changes to certain areas of the platform can be challenging. It is a large enterprise system, so some adjustments take longer than expected. The initial setup was very tough for us, which required us to hire a professional to guide us through the installing process.

Docebo solves the issue of fragmented and ineffective training delivery by centralizing development, tracking, evaluation, and measurement on one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Docebo's automation feature, which saves me a lot of time, especially for daily training. I also appreciate that it works fine on different devices such as my mobile and desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say that reporting is not so in-depth. Also, I want to integrate it with some other tools, but it requires some kind of extra setup which feels hectic to me. The initial setup was not so easy because it requires a good technician to get it set up perfectly, or else it will have some flaws.

I use Docebo to manage training smoothly, keep learners engaged with various content, and check progress easily with the progress bar.

The major drawback which I see is its complexity of advance configuration, setting up its custom learning workflows and competency framework require a trained and expert. Also depth of native technical skill is limited , these cases require third party assessment to overall system complexity.
