Docebo, the learning management system that is easy to configure and scale.
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has a great support team that helps you configure and setup the platform in a matter of weeks or months. The system is easy to use for employees of all skill levels. You have the configurations and customization needed to allow various team members to build their content on the platform as Power Users. The company provides customer support until any issue you have gets resolved. Having performed due diligence and tested multiple LMS vendors, I would recommend you include Docebo in your top 2 or top 3 finalists. Thousands of companies use Docebo, and they have a good track record and are going in the right direction.
The extended enterprise functionality works well for businesses that have multiple brands or businesses under one corporate umbrella.

What do you dislike about the product?
The native ecommerce functionality is not as smooth as I would like. Would recommend integrating Shopify with your Docebo for a better user experience. Shopify Mechanic app can handle the API work, once setup by a Mechanic developer, the integration is very easy to maintain and build out even for non-coders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business uses Docebo to provide content to customers and to our internal employees. The scalability and customization of the system, including pages and menus, is top notch and can deliver unique user experiences for as many user segments as you can imagine.
Docebo is a solid platform to host both internal and external learning.
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is more customizable than many of the other learning management platforms I have utilized. My Customer Success Manager is always helpful, positive and quick with response time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup assistance we received could have been much better. The system is on its second year with our company and we are still finding areas which need tweaking or to be built out properly to fit needs both internally and for our customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is providing a solution for our product and technical service training courses and ILT scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Docebo system it is very easy and simple to use. Aneet Brar our Account Manager is always very responsive to requirements and she understands that we always need fast responses due to the nature of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Docebo. Go1 is a disaster of a system though and I do not like it. This is not a Docebo issue more a partner issue. Aneet does her best to overcome their short comings however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as our LMS. As our team is a Global one we would not be able to achieve the level of training we do without it.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of features - we were able to set up most of what we wanted and got a lot of great functionality from the product. There was a lot we never even got to use but would have liked to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much to learn and some very particular workflows and dependencies that it made it difficult to get engagement from anyone but a few experts. There was a lot we didn't need in our particular case that we had to work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to standardize and scale and track our training across the business. Docebo let us keep everything in one place, standardize the content and delivery, and report on the activities of learners. Also helped us bring in outside learning content/materials and easily integrate into our trianings.

What do you like best about the product?
The customizable aspect of Docebo. We have been able to implement our org chart and do a lot of automation throught Connect that we struggled to manually manage in our last LMS. Also the ability to pull data on most aspects of our content and users even without the additonal add-ons has been great.
We have really enjoyed working with Adrian Thomas as our CSM. He has gone above and beyond on helping us. We struggled to get the app Docebo Learn to work for us and he was able to get that resolved when our initial onboarding did not allow us to and we gave up.

What do you dislike about the product?
We are not super a fan of the questions bank.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to move manual entry and management to automation through the system. Thanks to Adrian we are going to be looking into rolling out the use of the app to our workforce that is out of office.
Best LMS Experience to date
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the user interface and reporting features.

The ability to save training materials outside of the central repository
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although our contract ended recently, prior to our merger, it met the needs of the company quite well. During our exit plan, we were blessed to have Adrian Thomas, our Customer Service Associate, assist us with our historical data dump and working through issues our last 3 months. Although we lose complete access tomorrow, it was a pleasure working with him and others from Docebo during our contract term.

Docebo helps in creating programs with a blended learning approach in a cohort mode. We can run multiple programs which are time-bound and objective-bound targeting for B2B and B2C delivery.

You can only add 1 logo and only 1 flavicon. Sometimes because of the flexibility it can become very chaotic if you want to fill the system more and more.
