Tracks Learner Progress, Interface Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I am using Docebo to track learners' progress, which makes it easy to identify who the lazy learners are. I like how Docebo tracks progress using insights. It has made it easy for me to know which content satisfies my learners and work on addressing their weaknesses. Before, it was hard for me to check my learners' progress, but now I can easily track them while they are learning. It helps me see if the content or quizzes are complicated and saves me a lot of time that I used to spend checking reviews and learners' reactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can see now that the interface is a little complicated for me, I really find it complex for me, so I think that your team should work on developing that. A little complicated, but I think it is fine when it comes to the initial setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Docebo to track learners' progress, identify lazy learners, and determine content difficulty. It simplifies checking progress and understanding learners' reactions. Docebo also helps in knowing which content satisfies learners, allowing me to work on their weaknesses.
Versatile Learning Solution with AI-Powered Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Docebo to deliver scalable cloud-based learning for teams of all sizes, from small groups to a global workforce. I find it solves the challenge of providing consistent learning access to distributed teams because it's cloud-first and designed to ensure learners can log in anytime. I also appreciate the AI-powered content recommendation and automation, which is the most used feature for me. Trexivo AI suggests relevant content to learners based on their role, activity, and interest, reducing the effort needed to find the right courses. Furthermore, the initial setup was smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can feel confusing at first, with multiple plans and add-ons. It takes time to clearly understand which options are truly needed to get the best value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Docebo to deliver scalable cloud-based learning, solving the challenge of providing consistent learning access to distributed teams. It's cloud-first design ensures learners can log in anytime.
Empowers Learning with Smooth Setup and Valuable Features
What do you like best about the product?
I find Docebo's coaching share feature to be the most useful. It empowers employees to upload, share, and curate their own learning content. The initial setup was quite easy and smooth, which I appreciated, as the execution was brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formal course content and informal user-shared content are somewhat separated. Better interconnection between these two libraries could make it easier to manage the learning content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Docebo to enable internal knowledge sharing alongside formal training programs. It supports structured courses and user-generated content, solving the problem of capturing and scaling internal enterprise expertise.
Extended Enterprise with Multilingual Support, Though Pricey Add-Ons
What do you like best about the product?
I find the extended enterprise feature with its multidomain and multilingual support incredibly useful. It supports running up to 50 subdomains under a single instance, allowing each to be tailored to different clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model of add-on services can become expensive. Many advanced features are sold instead of being bundled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Docebo to manage large-scale customer training through an extended enterprise setup, with support for multiple subdomains and multilingual content delivery. It solves the challenge of scaling learning operations across many languages.
Efficient LMS with Simple Setup and Expansion Potential
What do you like best about the product?
I find the course catalog and optional learning library features most useful for me. It allows learners to browse and enroll in optional courses independently, while admins maintain control over visibility and access. The initial setup was quite simple for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The page level customization is limited, and some expected features are missing unless you rely on API or advanced configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo solves the problem of managing a complex learning environment efficiently. Once the foundational elements are understood, it becomes easy to configure courses.
Empowers Program Managers, Needs More Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I find the power user codes management feature to be the most useful for me. It allows program managers to create and manage courses, handle enrollments, update content, and support learners without needing full admin access. This centralizes the workload, speeds up course delivery, and keeps training operations efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform currently lacks native course app workflow and reporting could be more customizable. These gaps sometimes require creative workarounds or external tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Docebo to empower program managers to create, maintain, and manage their own courses. It solves the problem of relying too heavily on a central LMS admin team, enabling independent learning initiatives.
Integration Powerhouse with Room for More
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Docebo helps me to have all my learning material for the employees in one place and offers plenty of integration software. I really like the integration marketplace; they've got some of the best software to integrate with, which makes our work easier. The initial setup was smooth too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess to provide more options in the marketplace for integration. Like, in the data analytics part, they didn't have Power BI, and for sales, they didn't have IVR connectivity options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo centralizes my team's learning materials in one place and offers plenty of software integrations, making our training and analysis processes more efficient.
Streamlined Learning Management with Granular Control
What do you like best about the product?
I find the user power rules and permission management features most useful for me. It allows us to delegate admin responsibilities to power users without giving full system access, which means managers, trainers, and occasional admins can manage only what they need. I also appreciate how the setup was quite easy, as it was teased by some experts, so it didn't take too long to get used to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced configurations require a deeper understanding of the platform, and new admins may need time or guidance to fully leverage all available options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo centralizes content, automates enrollment, and offers a scalable environment for growth without adding operational complexity.
Versatile Training Platform with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Docebo is a one-stop approach for training, covering everything from internal to external, customers, and even third-party vendors all on one platform, which makes tracking really easy. I appreciate its capability to generate microlearning and structured courses from PDFs, URLs, or PowerPoint presentations, which is really beneficial. The consolidation approach under one hood instead of multiple portfolios for different groups is a distinguishing factor for me. It also allows presenting different portals to different groups but still manages everything on just one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Admin configurations are truly difficult even with training, but one needs more patience. Visual workflow builders for higher management would be helpful. Not much of a mobile version fan, but that needs improvement too. Tracking the course % for users could have been a good feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo enables training for external staff and customers, not just internal actors. It's a one-stop approach for all training, making tracking easy, and offers microlearning and course generation, reducing the need for multiple designs across different groups.
Centralized LMS, Limitations in Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like the branches and multi-organization structure feature of Docebo. It enables us to create separate branches for different departments and our audience, each with its own permissions, visibility, and branding. This feature helps in organizing our content effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting customization is limited. I have to export raw data and analyze it in external tools. We should remove the extra step in the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Docebo to unify and manage both internal and external training content in one platform, solving the complexity of managing multiple LMS systems while maintaining customization and access control for different departments.
