What do you like best about the product?
You get good value for what you pay. The product is also straightforward to use, even for those who aren't very tech savvy.

Some features would benefit from updates, and the interface could be made more user-friendly.

Empowers Personalized Learning Like Never Before
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is the ability to design personalized learning experiences tailored to our various personas. This approach transforms learning into a meaningful journey, rather than just a task we are required to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the steps are cumbersome and take a considerable amount of time, which makes implementation more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this tool to track all internal employees for both compliance and professional development, as well as to monitor external customer compliance training and support their professional growth within the industry.
Easy to Implement with Excellent Support, Though sometimes it's a bit slow
What do you like best about the product?
The product is easy to implement, and the customer support, including pre-sales assistance, is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform isn't very well known in Italy, and I have noticed that it can be a bit slow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all employees trained simultaneously, on the same topic and at the same level, is very beneficial.
Engaging LMS with Minor Notification Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate Docebo for its simplicity and ease of use; it makes managing learning pages, plans, and courses a seamless experience. The initial setup of Docebo was a breeze, which was straightforward and didn’t consume much of my time. This ease extends throughout the platform, allowing me to focus on creating engaging and interactive learning experiences. Unlike other learning management systems, Docebo equips me with the tools to design creative pages, courses, and learning plans effectively. The design pages feature has been particularly useful, aiding me in crafting well-planned and structured learning trajectories. These aspects enhance my productivity and reinforce my decision to continue using Docebo, making it a system I would definitely buy again. Ultimately, these features contribute greatly to my satisfaction and I would likely recommend Docebo with a high score of nine out of ten.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the notification system in Docebo quite challenging. While it is flexible and customizable, it remains hard to use efficiently. When I receive a higher volume of notifications, keeping track of each one becomes difficult. This makes the whole notification experience somewhat frustrating for me.

I use Docebo to create engaging learning experiences with ease, designing pages, courses, and learning plans, which simplifies management and surpasses basic training tasks.
Powerful, Flexible Platform with Robust Features and Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is a very powerful and flexible learning experience platform. It makes it possible to customize your platform for a variety of use cases and business needs. Due to some mergers over the past few years, Docebo has proven flexible enough for us to make substantial changes to our architecture and system setup on our own without the need to engage consultants or professional services. Docebo has also added several new features like AI enhancements and a content creation tool which makes it a must more robust solution. In addition to this, Docebo has a wide array of integration and automation options like Docebo Connect which can simplify a variety of admin tasks. Docebo's onboarding for new clients and new upgrades (like Docebo Connect) is very well thought out and Ive been impressed with each of their team members Ive worked with over the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only concerns I have about Docebo are things they are aware of and already working on. There are some legacy portions of the platform that still use the old interface. While these function well, they need to be aligned with the new direction of the platform. Docebo is already working on these areas and address these with regular updates on their roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is a key part of our onboarding and ongoing skill development programs. It also is the hub for our management development programs.
Super Simple Platform with Easy-to-Follow Training

IT is a very simple platform to use. Their training is easy to follow, there is always something new to learn.

The learning curve to fully build the system takes a little bit of time.

We are able to provide all our employees with standardized training as soon as they are hired, ensuring that everyone receives the necessary compliance courses. The system also gives us the flexibility to create trainings tailored specifically to our organization, making it easy to share important knowledge with just a click.

Docebo provides a flexible and intuitive platform that supports a wide range of training needs. We use it for compliance courses, customer product training, and partner/distributor enablement. The ability to publish centrally and make our content visible to separate audiences and deliver personalized learning paths is a major plus. The reporting tools are also helpful for tracking progress and ensuring accountability.

Deeper customization options for branding and layout would be appreciated.

Docebo is solving the challenge of delivering consistent, engaging, and trackable training across a dispersed team. Its automation, AI-driven content recommendations, and robust reporting make it easy to manage learning at scale while saving time. This means our learners get a personalized experience, managers can see real-time progress, and our L&D team can focus on creating impactful content instead of administrative tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is highly customizable, which I loved! From creating landing pages for different audiences to custom widgets. Docebo really does allow you to create a unique experience for your organization. There's so much you can do within the platform! At my company we made custom pages for different audiences which allowed us to create unique experiences without overwhleming people with learning options that may not apply to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
With high customization comes complexity. Learning Docebo could be a job in itself. As a smaller organization, we do not have multiple L&D experts where one could manage the LMS and another could focus on content building, training, etc. It does take some time to learn the platform, and sometimes it takes a couple of tries to figure out how it all works. One of my challenges was understanding Power User access and rules. I also really would love a testing environment! This is especially helpful when it comes to practicing enrollment rules and automation.

Docebo has allowed us to capture training across the organization from onboarding and compliance to leadership and personal development.
Great platform to learn
What do you like best about the product?
Its modern interface makes it easy for both administrators and learners. The AI-based content recommendations and integrations with tools like zoom is amazing feature. I also love the customization option.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature has a bit of a learning curve. It would be great to see out of the box, customizable dashboard.

e use Docebo to onboard new employees, upskill existing teams, and train external partners. It has drastically improved our training delivery speed and learner engagement. The ability to track progress, automate certifications, and deliver personalized content has helped us stay compliant and productive.
