Interphase Could Use Some Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can find what you can't find one HackerOne - on this platform. Typically, they are faster to respond and triage reports in my opinion. BugCrowd helps in terms of keeping the bug bounty crowd from becoming monopolized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the rating program for reports in terms of severity could always be improved because it seems very subjective. Maybe let the companies decide the severity instead of the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security Vulnerabilities - obtaining bug bounties. I've realized anything is possible in terms of working from home and making a living. We are helping make the internet a safer place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The interphase is not nearly as appealing as HackerOne
it is quite useful when wanting to optimize my tasks and processes
What do you like best about the product?
Its interface is quite simple and easy to use, the fact that it allows me to perform multiple activities and tasks in a short period of time is quite useful when wanting to optimize my tasks and processes, its price is quite reasonable considering all the functions and features that it has, the customer service team is quite fast when responding to any requirement or request that is presented to them, in just a few minutes you will have the answer to your problem in a very positive way to solve your problem .
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the fact that its interface is very simple and easy to use, I believe that it can be renewed to make better use of space and make it even more intuitive.+
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been very useful for me to track errors in a much simpler, easier and faster way so that I can improve my software immediately without having to wait at the last minute to make all the necessary modifications .
Best Bug Bounty Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The security vulnerability handling and the big bounties on the discovery of security vulnerabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Only thing is that they can improve the marketing and advertising.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security Vulnerabilities identification.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it, very good.
Bugcrowd from a pen testers viewpoint
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to pick a company and a vulnerability and jump right in. The company also explicitly lists what attacks are possible to carry out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issues I have with more or less with the companies themselves vs the actual software. An example was Ford company stated that they would not pay for XSS attacks, but I read on one of the forums that had a major vulnerability that could have been exploited through this kind of attack. I wonder if bugcrowd could have informed them of this issue. Also the forum poster did not have permission to attempt this kind of attack so I don't know if he ever told the company about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spent two working days in the application. One time I spent a lot of time looking through an application and couldn't find a vulnerability which kinda sucked for me, but was good for the company. One time I was able to exploit an sql vulnerability. it wasn't major as it didn't exploit any secret information, but I still notified and wrote it up for the company.
Then next generation leader in testing and bug tracking solutions
What do you like best about the product?
There are many software's but bugcrowed helped us a lot in the project management system. The tracking of bugs is very simple. The reports are the best this we have observed and giving detailed analysis of the module whare actually most bug coming from. Support is also very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interace is very poor quality and needs a lots of attention. The license cost is another are of improvement. This well help to grow and add more clients to the base. New features needs to be added and this will increase the customer base
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As far as bugs are concerned , there are many paltforms for bug tracking. But testing as additional thing helping us a lot and we are excited about it and happy as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Does not live up to the hype
What do you like best about the product?
One value that Bugcrowd brings is their triage team. They work with researchers in order to identify issues and build accurate, reliable reports. In addition, it links you to some of the worldclass researchers available in order to ensure your assets are protected and there aren't any loopholes for hackers. It is also relatively inexpensive for the service you get.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, we found that the Bugcrowd team was finding low priority bugs, some of which weren't even worth fixing. It took a while for us to see a return on investment. However, this time it took, I would say was critical in getting our whole company on board and earning our trust so it worked out in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business takes pride in protecting our customers information. We were in need of a tool that understands how important this is and one who works to protect our assets as if they were their own. Our main goal of signing on with Bugcrowd was that it has a reputation for working with great researchers and working diligently with them and us in order to find and fix potential/ real bugs.
On Demand Programs - Hit or Miss
What do you like best about the product?
Having a lot of different security researchers working on performing penetration tests on your website is helpful. A lot of different minds working on different things helps get a broader scope in a shorter amount of time. Pricing is reasonable and straight forward. The program moderators help with validating found vulnerabilities and communicating with the researchers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The moderator that is assigned to your project make be all the difference between a good and bad on demand program. One program can result in a lot of results, and the next can be very few.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traditional Penetration Testing can be very expensive. Crowd sourcing the testing is much more efficient, we have seen better results in the long run, and has cost us a fraction of the cost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before jumping into a program, make sure that you have a good moderator who is going to help find good researchers. Just having a lot of researchers/invites to your program doesn't mean that you are going to have quality researchers. If you have experience with certain researchers in the past doing a good job, or a bad job, make sure you let your moderator know so they can make a specific invite or to not invite, respectively.

This is so innovative!
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it isn't a one size fits all platform. When you crowdsource your cybersecurity, there are new sets of eyes available all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a bit overwhelming at times. There is so much to look at and understand - just the basic premise took us a while to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything safe and secure for a smaller company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a bit overwhelming at first but it clicks all of a sudden on how they are disrupting the cyber industry to really make it work.
