What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
A single platform with an emphasis on sophisticated threats and many deployment options. Also the GUI is so clean that its easy to use and ease of implementation with pre defined policies

Checkpoint Harmony Endpoint have Documentation gaps, expense, and limited reporting

Harmony Endpoint guards against cyberattacks, data loss, complex security, difficulties with remote work, better security postures, a nice user interface, etc.

Very easy to use. user friendly software, makes task easier to do.

App crashes sometimes, you need to reload and it takes long.

The platform is easy to use and user friendly.
You can implement the solutions easily with an RMM solution.
It has a considerable number of features such as quarantining and on demand scanning.
Once you set it up, you don't need to always go in and change settings daily.

Sometimes the product will not detect every malware and some advanced attacks are not stopped.
The platform is helpful but the dashboards lack details.

Single agent for comprehensive security. It has features like firewalling, removable device control, VPN, app control, DLP, file sandboxing, ransomware protection. which can be turned on or off per endpoint, groups, employees.

Enhancing performance without compromising security is crucial, especially for resource intensive activities like scanning and analysis. Improvements in resource utilization and optimization algorithms can help minimize the impact on endpoint performance.

Annul subscription charges are compared to others, very high.

harmony allows me to monitor our agents on their call as well as we can directly advised them if there will be an issue remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
much better if you can put live chat to our agent to this application

we can see number of calls taken as well as we can also see calls waiting in that way we can minimized our agent staying on the line for a longer time

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is good compared with other product.
The full disk encryption is works excellent and makes sure the data is highly encrypted.
The push operation makes easy to change the user password for the end users on daily basis and helps in troubleshooting the endpoint.
Integration of the product was easy and took less time.

Technical support is delayed and sometime we are not getting exact solution for the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HDD machines had problems with other product but checkpoint had no issues with HDD machines and it worked good.
