Powerful Asset Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The search functionality for sifting through assets, especially animation frames and design elements, has significantly streamlined our creative team's workflow. The face recognition feature, when applied to character models and references, is also a standout—it’s incredibly precise and time-saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial process of transitioning all our assets into Blueberry AI was quite time-consuming. Organizing and uploading our library of animation assets and design materials required a lot of effort. However, the improved structure and searchability made it well worth the effort in the long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blueberry AI saves us countless hours with its robust search functionality and tagging system. We can manually input detailed tags or utilize AI-generated tags for quick access to animation assets, storyboards, and character references. No more endless searches through nested folders—everything is easily accessible and well-organized.
Great Team Tool
What do you like best about the product?
With blueberry AI, its easy to manage 3D assets and creative workflows. It helps us save time by finding assets instantly with the AI powered search & auto tagging. I love that we can preview and edit files such as OBJ and FBX directly in the browser without the need for another application.
What do you dislike about the product?
there's so much you can customize. It will take some time to discover what works for your team. After it’s configured it runs smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates messy work flows and slow asset searches. All is ordered, easy to find and secure. We don’t need extra software just browser based 3D previews. Our files are safe with advanced security features and it simplifies our processes and allows our team to work faster and more efficiently.
An all-round file manager
What do you like best about the product?
We handle a lot of files and data, so having a platform to keep everything organized in one place is a must. Everyone on our team is able to use it, very user-friendlyu. Blueberry's support team is also really good, we've always been making suggestions for their product, and they've listened with quick action.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve noticed that blueberry occasionally mislabels or misclassifies some of our files, especially if the file names are a bit unconventional. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does require some manual cleanup
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part about blueberry is that it saves time, our team spend huge amount of time on file search everyday, blueberry AI is really efficient at managing research files, and team collaboration is also great. We have team members working from different locations, and sometimes it’s hard to stay on the same page, especially when it comes to file versions. Blueberry provides tracking versions and ensuring that everyone is always working with the latest files.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who deals with a lot of 3D assets every day, Blueberry has become an essential part of my workflow, making life so much easier for me and my team. Managing files like MAX, OBJ, and Maya used to be a hassle, but now it’s incredibly simple to stay organized. The platform integrates seamlessly with our existing tools, so getting started was quick and painless. Being able to preview assets and add comments directly in the browser is a game-changer and saves us tons of time. I especially love the AI tagging and quick previews—they’re a huge help when we’re searching for specific files, which happens pretty often. It’s also a perfect fit for remote teams, cutting out unnecessary back-and-forth. If you frequently work with 3D files and need an easy-to-integrate solution for collaboration, this is definitely worth checking out.

Some of our designers are cautious about the idea of feeding assets into an AI system, so emphasizing security could ease those concerns.

Blueberry AI helps reduce costs by streamlining 3D asset management, eliminating the need for multiple software tools to preview or organize files. Features like AI tagging, browser-based previews, and seamless integration save time and improve efficiency, cutting down on unnecessary back-and-forth, especially for remote teams. This allows us to allocate resources more effectively and focus on core creative work.
