Project planning, tracking achievables, and deligation within teams
Excellent tool for mapping out things and organizing them
What do you like best about the product?
It's minimalist yet still mighty. You have many ways of using it; there's no right or wrong; it is up to the person how they utilize the functions provided by the product!
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed. It's pretty good; however, I'm missing that native document functionality like some of the competitors would have, and overall, you would expect it on today's powerful computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am organizing and managing items for personal and business purposes. I like the versatility of how Tables/Databases can be used. You can filter, you can have different views, and you can also reference relations to other databases!
Pleasant and functional space for optimal digital work
What do you like best about the product?
It is a functional and flexible platform to organize all tasks and documentation around the office. It allows the administration of databases and these can be connected to each other and also provides great value to interconnect information between different departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a bit slow to load information and some other functions such as hyperlinks, it would be great to update and improve it as well as diversify the work templates, undoubtedly this would give an extra and valuable plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the manager of the marketing area of the company I work with FPC, adopting various tools that are flexible for the performance of my team, including myself, is super important, since it allows an optimal performance and notion has been vital to meet all the objectives proposed in our monthly schedule of marketing activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To the companies if they are about to implement it, first do the free trial and after evaluation hire the business plan I mention it based on the provision of unlimited resources of the sotfware that I saw that had that plan.
Great documentation tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the documentation features notion has
What do you dislike about the product?
The shortcuts aren't obvious and you have to google them. The features themselves are the easiest to set up either. Some don't work the way I want it to but there isn't a lot of flexibility either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation collaboration with the team.
I use Notion for all my note-taking and organisation
What do you like best about the product?
I love the different views, flexibility and customisability of Notion! I use it mainly to project manage my own work and organise my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are so many features and sometimes I'm unsure what is the best flow for my work. But that's where all the training and guides come in!
I also wish there was more visual features like colour coding.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve time management and organisation with Notion. I use the checkbox feature a lot and also take notes from meetings in there. It's a one-stop shop.
Good for Doc Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to open source docs to share with my team in real time. It supplements collaboration and makes staying on task much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of some of the other use cases of the product that others have perpetuated as of late. One of them being; using Notion for hiring. We've tried it out for this, and it doesn't make much sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration efficiency. We are getting things done faster.
Only good, but getting better
What do you like best about the product?
- Notion is a relatively easy to platform to use from a user standpoint (creating pages, viewing pages)
- Clean looking pages, no frills UI, intuitive menu layout
- Tons of ways to customize pages
- Great list of 3rd party integrations, including G Suite
- Their Support Team is responsive and helpful

What do you dislike about the product?
- Notion is a relatively hard platform to Admin. I believe they may have made some changes recently, but limiting access to certain pages for certain users is a bit cumbersome.
- For the "Team" plan at $8 per user, the amount of content you can create is based on "Blocks". Most small to medium teams will blow right past their 1,000 block limit. Upgrading to the "Enterprise" plan with unlimited blocks at $20 per user is quite a jump in price.
- From the author's standpoint, the clean and open nature of their pages can sometimes feel overwhelming. When starting with such a blank page, it's sometimes hard to know where to start, ultimately leading to writer's block. There are standardized templates, but I feel like for non-creative minded people like myself it's hard to get going. You really need to first envision how you would like your page to look before getting started, rather than write and re-arrange later like I tend to do.

Having an easy-to-use and accessible knowledge center is a must for small-sized companies trying to scale. The goal should be to reduce the amount of time employees spend looking for information, including new hires. In small-sized companies, knowledge tends to be handed down verbally or located in multiple places, thus making it difficult to find. We ran into this issue as our company was growing, but the biggest challenge is creating ownership for updating the information.
Highly functional note-taking space
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion allows me to have a little bit of structure, but is also flexible enough for whatever I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a little frustrating to use - like when I want to format text, it would be nice if when I highlighted text I saw options like Medium.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great thinking space when I don't quite need Miro.
A1 Productivity tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is easily the best productivity tool there is for a company - large or small. It's a one stop shop that teams can use to collaborate, delegate, and manage, keep everything organized and keep a track of their goals and tasks. It is very easy to use - one can create pages from scratch, color code them and even duplicate pages. It is also so simple to edit something in this. Above all, it makes working in a team so transparent and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it can offer a little more options in terms of fonts and colors. The interface can be bettered too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Notion to define, track and manage individual as well as team goals. We also use its 'public' feature to announce our event details. It just makes team collaboration really easy, transparent and healthy.

What do you dislike about the product?
otion has limited integration with other software or systems. While the software has some integration capabilities, it may not be as comprehensive as other productivity tools. This can be an issue for users who rely heavily on integration with other tools or systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
