Excellent platform, and a wonderful team!
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using the Apollo platform for a while now, and it is excellent for keeping all of our cyber security resources and assets in one place. I can manage policies, employee training, compliance, risks efficiently and effectively. We have also engaged with Apollo for some bespoke consulting, and have found the entire team to be extremely knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. They have been very flexible in making sure the Apollo Secure platform provides all of the utility we require for our cyber security requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see some ways to share/distribute policies from the Apollo Platform, so it can be the source of truth for public facing documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to maintain a high standard of cyber security compliance and awareness for our work with Local Government Organisations. Apollo Secure provides real knowledge that can be used by our small team, and allows me to manage all of the associated resources in a very streamlined way.
Amazing bang for the buck!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Apollo Secure for months now and the integrations you get for the price and offering are quite substantial. I use this tool to provide my clients with Awareness Training, Darkweb Monitoring, and do a whole slew of Compliance related tasks like working with CDR controls and updating risk registries. The tools is also great at using AI to automatically create a customized policy document that fits your org needs. Overall it's been great using Apollo Secure and it gets better each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, it's hard to find anything to dislike about Apollo Secure. Initially, I had some issues with the integration, but the team fixed everything for me right away. What really impresses me is their development cycle - it seems incredibly fast. The turnaround between when I encounter an issue and when Apollo Secure fixes it is so quick that I don't even have time to get annoyed. Their responsiveness is top-notch, which makes it tough to have any lasting complaints. It's clear they take user feedback seriously and act on it swiftly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apollo Secure addresses several challenges related to cybersecurity compliance and data protection, which benefits my org and practice:
Streamlined Compliance: Apollo Secure assists with aligning our operations to various security standards, such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001. This is achieved through its project tracking and evidence collection tools. They replace the traditional spreadsheet methods and simplifies the compliance process.
Cybersecurity Readiness and Protection: The tool provides comprehensive cybersecurity assessments and advanced features like vulnerability scanning and dark web monitoring. This allows us to identify and fix potential security risks.
Automated Security Policies and Training: It helps deploy security policies and automates security awareness training, reducing the human risk factor. So our staff and those of our clients are well-informed about potential cyber threats.
Data Encryption and Incident Response: Apollo has implemented advanced data controls, including encryption of all user data and incident response processes. It gives us and our clients some added protection from data leaks and malicious intent. Also, there is an up-to-minute response in case there is a data breach from my experience. They must have some pretty good threat intel.

Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
Apollo’s platform and consulting services have been invaluable in helping us better define our cyber risk and implementing best practice security controls. We track all our risks in the platform and the Apollo team help us address them to drive the business outcomes we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything significant to mention here
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key problem Apollo solves is that as a small / medium size but growing business we do not necessarily have the in house resources to dedicate full time to cyber security but the financial and reputational damage from a breach would be significant. The platform and team have been great in addressing this issue to ensure we have a high level of protection in place in a cost effective way.

Great platform with all the relevant modules to achieve the initial compliance and grow from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting for the functionality of Office365 integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is providing an all-in-one place for security maturity tests and compliance and the pricing structure makes it affordable for even an entry level startup.
Great software for security
What do you like best about the product?
I love the policies section. It has saved me a lot of time by putting together the backbone of our policies and keeping them all in a central place for the entire team to see & review.
I also like the security training. It's a huge load off my mind knowing that this part of the business has been taken care of.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure I've only scratched the surface and there's a lot more I can look into but at this stage, what I need has been catered for. The other parts of the business use different functionality.

Getting our house in order and making sure we are conforming to best practices
Great simple solution for cyber questionnaires
What do you like best about the product?
We implemented Apollo for a vendor questionnaire and it really saved our bacon by quickly implemeting and whole lot of security controls that let us respond to the questionnaire with confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a criticism as such, but there were some things in the questionnaire that Apollo couldn't address themselves, but they were able to point us in the right direction for those things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to do staff training, security policies and vulnerability scanning for a vendor questionnaire from a large client of ours. We didn't really know what was needed so the Apollo team was able to walk us through it and get everything done for a fraction of the price of what we were quoted elsewhere.
