not constant on time, undue collection
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction due to the lack of service and an unjustified charge on my account. Despite not receiving proper attention, I have been charged again, which I find unacceptable.
I request an immediate resolution to this issue, including a refund of the incorrect charge and clarification on why this happened. Please address this matter as soon as possible.
