The easiest way to build serverless apps

Since AWS Lambda came out back in 2015, I pretty much tried all serverless frameworks out there, and this is by far the easiest one out there. No wonder it's also the most adopted serverless framework. I've been using it for years. I especially appreciate the dev mode, which lets me develop locally with live infra.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction due to the lack of service and an unjustified charge on my account. Despite not receiving proper attention, I have been charged again, which I find unacceptable.

I request an immediate resolution to this issue, including a refund of the incorrect charge and clarification on why this happened. Please address this matter as soon as possible.

the framework for cross-vendor serverless functions

What do you like best about the product?
allows you to fully leverage the potential of serverless functions from the best public cloud providers without vendor lock-in
What do you dislike about the product?
the documentation is not very extensive and often updates require too much configuration work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would improve the update/upgrade system on the computer and insert a series of plugins for standard services. I have managed to improve my efficiency in developing serverless applications.
