Very easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The friendly user interface and way to upload a file. I also like the percentage that appears in the classification column.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don´t dislike it, but I feel that the 150 Mb cap to upload a file is a disadvantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with the identification of malicious files and URLs found in emails.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most about the Intezer analyze online program was its scanning speed and the result it gave in seconds. Also that it is in web format and is accessible from anywhere
What do you dislike about the product?
What I liked least about the Intezer analyze online program is that it has a high price. There are other analyzers that may not be complete but similar and free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the problem in my company of some suspicious word documents in the mail. Thanks to your trial I solved this. I recommend it for those who frequently use parsers.
Perfect application for quick analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Perfect for analyzing a binary and reviewing the information in a concise way without having to use multiple programs to get the answers wanted. The other competitors often have verbose output of values that aren't useful, intezer has the right balance between information and simplicity with a lovely ui to add a bonus
What do you dislike about the product?
perhaps some more advanced analysis if required in some cases since more analysis was needed but just the manual option of specifying more analysis or perhaps some API I could use to pull the analysis dynamically as part of a plugin would also be quite benifical
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic analysis offers a quick insight into the application being analysed and allows manual analysis to be done much quicker so more productive and keeps the boss happy!

The insight the platform gives the analysts into anything that's being analysed.

I haven't spent much time onto thhe platform yet tk have any things I dont like.

Analyst fatigue
It is more than a Incident Response! It is AUTOMATED RESPONSE!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface; user friendly, easy to configure and Reduce more task than you imagine. Automated everything with existing workflow and reduced tier 1 escalation, the most critical aspect of current cybersecurity!
What do you dislike about the product?
You can do 50 free scans on the free tier, which is not helpful if you want to test on a large-scale network. You cannot test the full capabilities and speed of the automated escalation within the large-scale network on the free tier level. You will need to pay more, even only to test it out. Probably increasing it to 100 would be helpful for others!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing Tier 1 Escalation using existing automated workflow. The speed of alert response time is reduced by more than 90% due to automated workflow. This will benefit hiring Tier 1 SOC Analysts within the company.

Great malware analysis tool
What do you like best about the product?
Real-time malware detection and alert feature are beneficial in protecting my business environment. Also gives trending analyses for research and information purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes triggers a false alert but is usually pretty accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting my system and server from malware attacks by giving me real-time alerts. Also, regular library updates ensure a robust security and hence provide a safe and tension free server.

What do you like best about the product?
I can exactly see what a file has in it and not just something basic

Some files have contents that i don't really understand and it would be nice to have a description of what it is.

Showing me if a file has a virus and what kind it is.

Best platform to help identify threats with easy to use tools
What do you like best about the product?
Memory dump tool. I like how it just directly sends the information to my intezer account. It didn't take that long to analyze the file either and was easy to figure out any red flags on the VM.
What do you dislike about the product?
None really. The solution is pretty robust with lots of other tools available to troubleshoot.
