Very high price for outdated data
What do you like best about the product?
Its refund policy which doesn't allow a customer to be compensated for a service as relevant as advertised

Outdated and incomplete data unlike what is advertised online

Until now, no problem has been solved thanks to their services.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the "Predictive risk scoring and infrastructure profiling" feature of Domain tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It performs all the functions nicely so not much issues in the current version.but in the old version we used to get some false positives in Iris Detect features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previous we used to multiple free and paid solution for performing all the tasks for corporate domain security but with Domain tools we have all we need in one place that has helped our Incident Response and Threat detection teams.
Prefect tool for managing domain name
What do you like best about the product?
This is a perfect tool for security and managing domain-related tasks for my company. Its report system is awesome the level of detail it provides is awesome. It is very easy to use and simple to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only a few points which I found as a limitation. It is very costly for a user and there are few complexities in its navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, there are many features that I like and which are beneficial for me as a user. It's Whois lookup and domain name registration is very useful.

Domain tools is very sophisticated solution with less to none negative cossings the solution offers a very safe online world

Domain tools by the unique solution it offers it makes online world more safer to interact, with the intelligence gathered it provide solution to prevent and mitigate new age attacks and infections and also provide insights of possible attacks just by the intelligence involved in the insights gathered by the product.

DomainTools is a tool, for managing security and domain related tasks. It is very costly compared to others in the market. It does not always detect generated threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to it. It doesnt provide features for DNS security analysis and threat detection. Advanced research capabilities for website history are lacking. Basic information retrieval is somewhat limiting in terms of productivity.

It provides a solution that helps manage aspects related to my domain. It does provide access to DNS or network components It doesnt provide anonymity solving capabilities. When resolving domain ownership and contact issues assistance from DomainTools is limited.

It help me to maintain security of the domain of my company and as a it analyst and data security manager i can say that it is one the best software for the security i have ever used.
It provides the security protection along with higher speed and instant resolution which makes it more effective and efficient.

Sometimes it is not able to detect newly generated threats for that i think this software company has to work fast to inculcate these in to the service. Other than that it sometimes makes the website loaded slow which effect my user experience.

It solved the DNS security problems and other threats which can effect my business. It also detect the threats intelligently which is very beneficial.
Great No install web tool for finding about DNS records published on any Internet domain name
What do you like best about the product?
It's out there! You need a web browser and the domain name whose published DNS records you want to see. MX Records, CNAME, TXT, SRV, Nameservers, etc. All can be seen with just one command in the Browser's URL box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! this is a great tool and covers almost everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me find out basic information often needed in projects like Email Migration, Domain name Security, etc. I'm more productive due to the simplicity of the tool.

The information that they give about a domain or an IP address. The short domain names they provide to users like me which are easy to remember and go straight to the information we need.

Before accessing with a free account, the captcha is an extra click, but I understand why they need to do this.

What do you like best about the product?
Domaintools whois tool is my regular tool for finding the whois status of any domain. They also offer whois history, old screenshots, IP History, etc, as a paid service.
